RYAN MI don't believe there is anything to improve on. When I need a uhaul I always go to the store in Swansboro. I get great customer service.
Warren AThe Uhaul app would not work properly to accept gps location and frequently would not load the dashboard. Android with 5G data at the time. Sandersons is excellent. Erin is great to work with!

Charles MIf someone has opted for the mobile pickup tell them to bring their passport or to have avfriend or employer number ready... all my family n friends was at work, other than that this process was amazing, all the reps i spoke with was so helpful and patient with me... i was able to do everything I needed. I am grateful.

Craig SThe app-based "virtual" pick-up was atrocious. I spend about 2 hours getting check in complete and had to get a share ride back to my residence to pick up personal documents as "proof" of who I was, though not having to provide such documentation in any of the 4 previous U-Haul reservations I've completed within the past year. The online "phone support" was anything but, and I could actually hear receptionist and a colleague (I presume) making jest of my frustrations in the background.

EW GThe truck was not in good shape, a lot of miles and very poor condition. I was concerned about the truck breaking down because it didn’t shift well, mechanically it sounded unstable.

John NWe droped the van off on a sunday so no people were at the business, however the link worked because we had a young person with us to do the tech for droping it off. I am old and like person to person business so this type of thing does not happen but overall was happy with the rental.

Steven JI did not get the hand truck I ordered, and the fuel gauge said there were only 47 miles left yet I was told I had to return it with the tank one quarter full. Grrrrr...
Margy BOwner was absent, which I knew in advance. Using lockbox with the Uhaul online app was difficult, but that’s a software problem. Fortunately there was a U-haul person available by phone to walk me through it. It helped that we had 2 phones. Still took an hour to gain access to the pass code to location’s lock box.

Graham WErin is always the best person to get a Uhaul truck from. The trucks are always clean and well maintained. Sandersons is the best place to get a Uhaul truck because Erin knows what she is doing and it does not take long to get your truck or turn it in. I will definitely always be getting my truck at Sandersons

DOUGLAS H26 foot box truck, Ford. Vehicle drove well and was easy to handle. Vehicle was great on smooth pavement but exhibited an annoying foreword and back surge on secondary roads both loaded and empty. Also, the steering wheel was off about 45 deg. to the left when driving straight down the road blocking part of the dash. Very annoying. Overall, an acceptable rental.
William SThe large enclosed trailer we had had a very heavy tongue. These should come equipped with some sort of jack. The location did supply one to help install when we rented, but due to the business being closed on return, it was difficult to remove from the truck.

Paige STried stopping by several times during work hours between 2-4pm and always got the “out to lunch” sign. Ordered a hand truck and shipping blankets but they were secured inside the truck with green seals. Sign stated that if the seals are broken I would be charged for using them. Since I did not need the equipment I did not break the seals yet I was still charged for the gear. If I’m being charged no matter what why have the seals and sign there?? There was garbage in the glove box as well. Also, since I was unable to speak to a real person I chose to get my rental via mobile phone. I submitted all of my info and credit card payment ahead of time. When I went to pick up the truck I had to take pictures of my license, pictures of me, get verified by having uhaul call someone else, AND then I had to wait another ten min for someone at UHaul to get me set up JUST to tell me they were waiting on my credit card info. When I logged in into card number was already there. I lost more than 30 min waiting for all this. This was an all around terrible experience.
