Apparently the personnel are not helpful or efficient. I brought in the trailer a couple of hours early yesterday 4/9/24. Walked in the office, they looked me up on the computer, then told me where to drop off the trailer in back. I took it out back helped the person push the trailer into a spot. Then SPECIFICALLY asked if I needed to go inside and finish anything. The employee told me "NO YOU ARE FINISHED" , then today I got a text saying I haven't turned in the trailer. Apparently since my phone call to your customer service, you contacted the return location and straightened it out but after a long few days of moving I certainly do not need to be bothered with tracking down your franchise drop-off location's mistake. I suggest you contact drop off locations before initiating contact with the customer.

Stephen OI had reserved a 10' truck but it was not available. Had some trouble correcting the reservation, but the guy at the counter was extremely helpful in finding a truck for me. Sarks was convenient and very helpful in getting me set up.
Stephen RI only use Sark's to get a U-haul. They take pride in their equipment.
Dexter TBoth people working today were very friendly, efficient and helpful. I would absolutely come back to this location the next time I need a uhaul. And maybe get an oil change there too! 🙂

James MI was very greatful for the ladies at this location to take my rental back. My original drop off would not take my rental because he said he was to full and could not take it. He said he called me to change locations but I received no call. He said for me to drive down the road to check 2 other locations and see if they would take my rental. I felt very inconvenienced to go check other locations to drop my rental off. I was in a hurry and really didn't have time. I really just wanted to unhook it and say it's his problem. He really didn't seem to care about my inconvenience. Very happy with 731 n main st location but not my original drop off location

JOHN LThe location we use was called Starks Automotive. The drunk was not clean. They over charged 200 and when we bought the issue to them thye agreed they over charged us but said we had to call uhaU-hal and niw we have to wait on them to do an investigation on the claim so we can get our money back. Not to mention we couldnt bring the truck back the next day so.instrad of just charging our card they call us and the contact we have on file and tell them and us they are going tonput out a warrant on me if i dont return the or extend the truck. It was very unprofessional seeing the official u-haul place just usually charged u for the time u had it and call it a day. I would never use this 3rd party place again
Justina PI was still charged. The vehicle was filthy, animal hair all in it. The back was filthy with dirt and the blankets had animal hair on it and dirty. I have allergies to animals and by the time I was in the truck I was all stopped up and eyes burned. My son could not help me because he has worse allergies. It was a terrible experience. I even found a set of someone's expensive car keys. All the lady said was thank you. I should have not been charged at all.

Lisha MThis was the THIRD location U-Haul sent me to in order to drop off our 5x8 trailers. Thankfully this location took them, but not happy at all with having to schlep all over Greenville to actually return U-Haul's trailers. I was just about to drop them off in the street and tell them to come get them. People at this location were great though, it wasn't there fault for the run-around.
John FCustomer Service was lacking, both through the pickup and drop-off process. The Interior was not cleaned well, and smears all over the windows made viewing challenging at times.

Edward ECrowded parking area not easy to figure out where office is located in garage? No signs indicating this.
CURTIS SI dropped off after hours, so I did not get to meet the staff. They charged me for not filling up the tank to the correct point, however, I took pictures of before and after showing that the correct amount of fuel was present. The paperwork indicated the wrong amount of fuel. The pick up location owner did not even bother to check me in (he spoke with me over the phone and wasn’t even present). Please see notes for the experience I had with this reservation.
Francis MAfter reserving a truck over the phone which took 23 minutes, it then took over 20 minutes to complete my reservation on-site. The staff was friendly, but I was told a contract could not be printed or sent to me via email, so I never received a contract at all and was then charged an additional $100 after returning the truck for some reason. The tires on the truck were flat, after inflating them myself the day I rented the unit, I got another low pressure warning again when I went to return them, so there must be a slow leak on at least one of them. There was something wrong with the truck (possibly the transmission) that caused it to shake and surge anytime I wasn’t pressing the gas, and at one point a check airbag warning came on. This was the worst maintained rental I have ever had and an overall a bad experience. This is the second time in a row I’ve had a poor experience with U-Haul.

Greg MThe trailer is old and in poor condition. I was unable to return the trailer at the contract time as my movers never showed up. I am sorry for that as I know they said it was rented for 11 days and they lost that contract. I am very sorry. They are a great location.

CLARRISSA MFriendly people to get me checked in & hooked up with trailer. Trailer was loud when empty & SC roads are bumpy. It took getting used to before I wasn’t jumping with each loud rattle. There was large pot hole just outside the truck/trailer storage.
Stacy JI made reservation many days ahead of a Saturday needed time. One day before the truck required was switched to a bigger sized truck that was not needed and I was not notified of this change. I ended up having to get a small truck to do multiple rides because they did not have enough trucks and one needed was damaged. Very poor service. In addition, the return was a hassle bc they ended up giving a smaller truck, the information was not updated and caused trouble on the return of it. Communication was not clear because text messages would arrive showing incorrect return times causing confusion. At return, incorrect return time also showed up compared to reservation details.
