Phone check in is completely terrible. Uploading the photos took too long, check in takes 20 mins and check out took 30 due to photos not uploading. Will not be using phone check in.

Stephen FThis is the first location I ever have a horrible experience returning the uhaul truck after hours. Me and my wife drove half an hour to return the truck with a full tank but when trying the given password, the lock for the key return would not open. After countless times attempting to open it we just gave up and decided to leave the truck and come back early in the morning the next day to return the key. But the lady at Postal Hub And More gave us a call and after we told her we were already on our way (again) to deliver the keys because their lock didnt work, she told us she needed that key and if we didnt deliver it in time then we would be charged an additional full day. Interestingly, she also mentioned that she 'opened the lock with ease this morning' which would imply we're either lying or too stupid to figure it out Always loved using uHaul in the past and never had any issues but, again, this one was a horrible experience
