Location was fine, however the truck I got had no AC so it made my moving experience miserable. (Not the locations fault)
Evan tThe key for the truck was in the back of the truck locked up with a padlock. I was not sure what to do with the lock or where to put it or if I was to take it with me to the drop off location. Better instructions would have been nice.
Steve EThe location was supposed to be open. It appeared to be someone's house. The door was locked and had a note to call for assistance. I could hear they were just sitting inside and watching TV. Most of the lot was gravel and mud, and due to rain I couldn't get very far in to park the truck anywhere decent. I didn't want to get in stuck in any mud puddles. They told me to just leave it and I wasn't able to get any helping checking out/dropping off with the system.

Donna WI rented a car trailer and one of the straps used to secure the tires was cut and I could not make it reach the ratchet also the ratchets were really trashy I had to hit them to get them to close and pull it again to make the strap tighter
Cody CPeople should only turn in equipment when a person is there to check them in and give the person a receipt of return.
Jimmy SThe guy who came out to check the truck in was pushy and short with me. Every place you rent/return a truck to is different. I misunderstood that he was checking in the truck on his phone while I was trying to do the same thing on my phone like I had done before. He was a little rude about the situation. *BIG THING* Had a 26’ trk and the entrance barley accommodated it.

Sidney Gi was moved the baytown location to pick up my truck and dollys, this location didnt have dollys and suggested i back to the Baytown location to get dollys the baytown location didn't have any and i ended up at another Baytown location and rented a dolly that i had to return that day. causing me to run all over the place in the truck i rented and making me go over my miles and incur a 64.00 overage charge. i have filed a complaint. not happy with the Baytown location where the truck was originally supposed to be, they were the least helpful and rude.

Stephen BKingwood location is always a pleasure. Our trailer wasn’t ready for pickup so we had to drive to Crosby to pick up. The guy checked our lights and said they were working. Half way to Austin we realized our break lights were working but running lights were not. When we dropped it off in Leander we were told the safety latch was damaged which we asked him about that and he said it was fine. Not happy with experience considering we weren’t safe at all.

Gustaf HThe rate of this rental was extremely high considering I rented the same for again, a one way rental a few month prior at a fraction of the cost. Also I had to drive over 20 miles and pass countless Uhaul facilities with the same trailer to pick this one up. It was frustrating but the gentleman that worked there was very nice and helpful.
Lance WThe guy called me mad because he had already rented my uhaul I told him I was told if I kept it a extra day it only charged me 20.00 and I needed it another day and he said I couldn't keep it because he already rented it and I had to have it back I said I rented it first my reservation should be priority he said well your going to be charged 50.00 for late drop off so I called uhaul and they said he can't do that it's only 20.00 for additional days he charged me for 2 additional days instead of 1 so I was chard 61.00 for dropping it off 12hrs after I said I would and he wasn't even there when I dropped it off. I'm calling Uhaul again tomorrow for a refund because 2 days for additional hours is complete BS.

JENNIFER PDrop off went well and I told the gentleman about the truck and the issues I had, he said it never should have been rented to me.
Stephen BThe truck came with a broken mirror. I took a picture and put it in the evaluation before I left with the truck. I had no idea how damaged it really was till I got on the high way. It came completely off and could have caused a major accident. My mother was driving behind me in my car and had to assist me with left had turns and switching lances because I didn’t have a mirror. This should have been taken care of before renting the truck. It was completely wreckless and dangerous. Not to mention getting the truck on empty fuel. I returned it on empty fuel and now I have email saying I am being chard $55 dollars for returning the truck on empty. I have never had a bad experience with uhaul but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Frank BJust close this location!! The guy was in there was very rude and he got upset because he had to come outside to do his work. I’ve arrived to the location in order to drop off the truck and it was muddy, not signs, no instructions no nothing!
Juan RThe only way to drop off was without the business' help. It was a muddy drive way of several people's homes. The business would not answer the phone. There was a sign but no actual business office, but only a run down mobile home in the back yhe neibors said was the office; though noone answered the door.

Michael PMy experience was absolutely awful. I arrived at the scheduled time and the operators(make and female) argued across the parking lot about something due to not having the key to the original assigned truck. Once getting that fixed I was charged two $100 deposits. I have yet to get those back. Once inspecting the truck and comparing my order email it was Incorrect. The mileage was off and the amount of fuel was also wrong. When calling to advise the operators I was assured it would be fixed so I would not be overcharged. I am not going back and forth with my deposits and I am owed money back. I would like this situation resolved and if you have any questions please call 936.391.9903
