Very dirty lot, not a lot of space to park or pull in. Junk yard and extremely dilapidated buildings on the lot. Not clean or safe.

I don't agree with being charged for fuel when I returned the truck with the same amount of gas it had in it. Need to make it where you can check in and do majority of the checkin before you get to the location, like pic of license and all.

Pick up was not a good experience at all. Knocked at what seemed to be a “house” owner comes to the door tells me to call the number on the sign and wait for him to answer the call. We go through the pick up process through the phone was not professional, poor job at explaining things and then tells me “hold on one moment I’m looking at a auto auction while I’m checking your reservation.” Uhaul was not in great shape, drove poorly and was dirty. Truck was on half a gallon when I picked it up. I returned it to grove rd location in Greenville SC on proper fuel requirements due to being scared I would be charged if retuned it on half a gallon. I would not recommend at all.

The trailer that we rented which was a car trailer did not have any brakes on the trailer , we called the office who we rented it from and he said that the trailer didn't have brakes , which was not correct since it had all the stuff for trailer brakes like where brake fluid goes and when we called him to tell him he said nothing was wrong that it didn't have brakes on trailer which was not correct, I would not recommend uhaul from that place we rented from,

I do not know what improvements are needed. It was easy to rent U-Haul, Excellent Customer Services and Accommodations and will Most Definite rent again. Also, will recommend to others. Good on gas..

Shade Tree Automotive is super helpful. The manager/owner over there has worked with me twice on after-hours pickup. He is always polite and patient. I would definitely rent from him again.

Everything was very neat and clean. The only reason I selected "No" above is the A/C did not work in the truck and it was a warm day and the inside light in the back had no bulb. We were working after dark and this was a problem having to handle flashlights and do our loading too.

When you have to leave a trailer after hours, there should be some kind of jack to get trailer off the hitch. I was supposed to leave it at Milan’s, but could not get the trailer off myself. I tried everything. That is why I went to shade tree. My son could not move into until the 2nd, from the 30th, and I was told there would be no extra charge when I informed everyone, but was charged anyway!

Neighbor hood dealers should be held to the same standards as your full service dealers. You moved our reservation and never told us. I only found out because I happened to check online and noticed it was moved to a different dealer. The dealer was suposed to be open in person and was not.

I would like to really Brag on this Owner, This man went up and above his responsibilities to really help me out. I blew a tire on my car dolly, this U-Haul dealer just happen to be in when I called. He was very helpful, I rented one of your car dollies. This Man let me leave mine dolly on his lot. a week later i returned with tires for my dolly. This man left a jack outside for me to use, so i could change my dolly tires. I failed to mention when I rented U Haul dolly, he brought to me and hooked it to my RV so my family and i could continue our vacation. This owner was a true gentleman and a professional. I really cant thank him enough for helping our family out when we were broke down. Thanks Again..Sye you are the best.

The parking lot has a lot of cars in various states of repair and the drop off area is crowded. I have used this location 4 times this year and plan to use them again. The staff was friendly and checked to make sure everything went well.

U-haul its self is the problem. Shade Tree Automotive was fantastic and very helpful. I make a reservation at a different location, and get there and they have no trucks? Why is u-haul letting me reserve a truck without checking with the location first? Then I go to shade tree and he helps me out. U-haul as a company is AWFUL. I will never use a u-haul product again.

Remove the Location in Laurens, SC at High Tech Automotive. The man never showed up to let us get the truck that is why we were sent to Shade Tree Automotive. He will give you a bad reputation and I will let people know to never use him for a pick up point.

Signage for uhaul designation was poor( could be better). Room to maneuver was limited. Closer location not available for online return. Overall not quite convenient but manageable

I reserved this trailer a couple of weeks before pickup. It was to be at another town. I called the dealer on Friday before pickup on Saturday. They confirmed it was there and waiting. The dealer called me back 10 minutes after my call to tell me that someone else reserved the trailer also from three miles away. I had to travel 6.5 hours to get a trailer from a service that was not in my plan. The stated appointment time was for noon Saturday. I arrived at 12:15. The dealer in Laurens told me that he had to leave at 12:30. After he filled out the paperwork., je pointed to the trailer and promptly left with checking the trailer and loading it to myself. I am very disappointed with the way U-Haul managed my reservation, and can not say that I am very happy with this transaction.

There were no Uhaul signs, no other U-Haul trucks and nothing but a key drop off to indicate this was actually a U-Haul drop off location.

Call first to make sure someone is there. I didn’t and while signs said “yes we are open” they weren’t. So I called and got instructions as to where to leave trailer. Man on phone was very nice. The place has many cars sitting without license tags.
