The whole experience was new but, easy to process.
Omar KThe truck was clean inside but the tire pressure was low and other lights were on indicating repairs needed. I have never picked up a truck from a different location than a Uhaul store, and the process was not easy and delayed time. It doesn’t make sense for you to have to also do additional verification and you ask for a lease or passport or even a random person to call to verify you!! The vehicle didn’t drive the best and was not at a dull tank of gas. I would not rent this out again.
