Mahilet AExcellent customer service. Clayton called the day before that the truck may not be back in time and said he would upgrade up at no charge. Since we weren’t set to a time table, we agreed he would call us when it was back, which was on time.
Peggy KClayton went above and beyond in his service. He was friendly, professional, and flexible. I made a mistake with my reservation that he helped me work through, and when I left a key in the truck he helped return it. I will be sure to use this location if I ever need a uhaul in the future.

Stefanie MUhaul was perfect for my cross country trip to buy a used Datsun truck. I had to change pickup and drop off locations. Each time the process was fast and painless. I would highly reccomend Uhaul to anyone. The only suggestion Is a smaller flat bed auto transporter for normal size cars/trucks. The car transporter is almost too big for small cars/trucks. The brakes work perfect! Love the surge brakes!! I have an electric controller, but did not need it.

Maria GNot sure who exactly is responsible, but I received a text message with concerns that my equipment had not been returned two days after I rented it, even though I still had two days left in my rental window. I paid for the rental for 12/26-12/30 and received a text 12/28 to contact U-Haul because the equipment was not returned yet. I find it to be extremely rude to contact me requesting the equipment to returned while I’m still in the middle of my rental. U-Haul is obviously more concerned about their turn around time and making money than they are their customer satisfaction.
Nicholas RGas on zero. No human at location. Phone number on copy paper taped to door not answered. Had to wait to confirm my identity. Cost more than advertised. Couldn’t run card on file.
Margaret WDidn’t know it was a self-serve location until we got there. We were cool with it, but I could see some people getting weird about it, so may be beneficial to mention that on the call. Relatively easy to do. The app wasn’t always cooperative so had to go to Uhauls website to complete.
