Was unable to attach my clips to anything in the back of the truck. Felt as if the truck was stalling a few times while driving. No loading ramp, made it very difficult loading the heavier items onto the truck.

Jeffrey PI ended up at Valley View Rentals because my pickup experience at the Denville Exxon on rt 10 in Denville was a disaster. Had checked in the night before and the truck was there but the rep didn't know how to check me out. He tried calling the area rep but didn't a response during the 30 minutes I waited. Tried to use the truck share app, but it couldn't find the location. Ended up going to Valley View and woman helping me was great.

James kfuel was not full when i picked up the vehicle. I have a picture time stamped when i picked up the vehicle. I like using this location but fuel needs to be full. I paid to top it off and was more fuel than i used!

Rita VThe kenvil location bailed us out of a jam. We reserved a 15’ truck from Bartley rd location. When we got there, 30 minutes before the posted closing time, they were closed, we called U-Haul customer service. They advised they could not reach anyone by phone from the location. They could not get us a lock box code so we could pick out our reserved truck. We were on the phone and on hold for 29 minutes when the service rep got us a 10’ truck from kenvil. The mileage was discounted but with the smaller truck took extra trips to move.. the barley rd glanders location cost us 2 hours of our day and much undo stress. Kenvil could not have been more accommodating. Very friendly and helpful with our situation.. not satisfied at all with the Flanders location at all.

MANNY SI had a problem using the mobile app opened the lock but the key was jammed in there I had to call for assistance and had to pay 2 movers $25.00 each to wait till I was able to het assistance. So I had to pay $50 because your lock box was jammed. The truck was in excellent condition I also had a problem when I returned truck it wasn’t registering the return so I called customer service again and they left message for closing out my contract

Jon AThe unit i had has a very bad suspension issue, Loud ball joint noise and steering very loose on the highway at 60MPH. Also the Air conditioner did not work properly, there is no control of the vents, the air diverter is not working so needless to say hot as heck!! The woman who was at location when i picked up the truck was great! professional and was easy to get the truck to start the day. I'm sure she did not know the issues with the truck. Cesar CI purchased a box truck. I was supposed to pay $19.95 for the day when it was all over I ended up paying $83. 00 for an hour use. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone and I do tell my story to anyone that will listen. I was robbed.
