They don’t check there trucks regularly the odometer reading and fuel level was different on truck and contract when I return the truck they were charging me extra

there were no staff available to help @ Skymart when i returned my rental truck; the office was closed and locked when it was scheduled to be open I had to dispute the charges on my credit card thru Uhaul; again, because there was no one present to help when i returned the vehicle I will not rent another vehicle from this business

Better customer service, the lady at the desk was so rude. I was with my friend, It seems to us that we were asking for favour even after paying. The pickup Truck that we booked has a-lot of water in the back, when told her about it she said it is what it is. Spend half an hour clearing the water and cleaning before using. 1) They should check the vehicle before renting out to other customers. 2) Better customer service.

Very bad experience. Payed for the rental then a week later they charged me again for a extra 100$ with km and lied about the gas being low.

The Skymart location Uhaul service person should have explained the process for after hour vehicle drop off thoroughly. We were quite confused by the drop off process and had to call customer service for Uhaul.

Upon arrival I noticed the truck was dirty and photos of its condition were out of date. Scratches on the truck that were not pictured. Interior was filthy. I called them to explain and they assured me that I could update the photos of the truck and would put a note on my file to not charge me a cleaning fee. But then I was charged a cleaning fee anyways. Even after I cleaned it better than it was when I picked it up.

Booked uhaul for 4:15 PM Went to site to pick up at 4:15 But representative told us the unit we were supposed to get is not here and told us that it will take 1 more hour. We went home and waited She called us at 7 PM and told us we can pick up the truck. When I asked her over the phone that it’s too late and we would like some compensation cause we had to wait so long. She told me she will cancel the booking and give it somoenels. We told her we will come get the uhaul in 15 mins . Drove to site and there were another customer looking for uhaul that needed truck for half n hour only and there truck they gave to someone else so they were also pissed. Representative asked me if I could wait another hour so they could use the truck and come back and give it to us. I told them no I booked for 4:15 I am getting the truck at 7:30 it’s already too late however they kept putting pressure on me that I should let them take the truck for half n hour. Anyways we ended up getting the keys and signed the contract. They never explained us the contract. We wanted to purchase the mattress bag king size and before we came to get the truck we checked the uhaul website the price was only $7.95 And she charged me $15 plus taxes . When I asked her why it’s almost double she told me that we only get that price when we buy that uhaul location not broker location. I believe it was a lie and rip off. We ended up paying $15 anyways because we already wasted so much time there. I am not going to that location and not going to recommend anyone in my life. We were so disappointed that they are taking advantage of people who doesn’t check the price on website and charging them double. Also no customer service They have no idea which truck is available at site or if there is one. We booked the truck on the phone and we booked at 1:30 pm End of the story very horrible experience and never going back there again and also will be rating them on Google also so other people knows that they are only there to make money not to help customer and making uhaul brand a joke.

I booked my pickup at 11:00 am. I got there at 10:45am and left the office at 11:45am. There were system issues and the agent wouldn't let me leave without it being fixed even though I had everything on file. I lost some of my help that was organized and missed a dinner. Poor service and unorganized I would not rent again from u-haul. I asked for a credit or discount and was denied. I asked if the agent could ask her supervisor for a credit or help and she said no. When I called the phone number off of Google, it sent me to a Texas number, that's fine.. but I asked for a very specific address, and for 4 hours. The agent sent it to a completely different part of town and made the reservation for 1 full day. Not impressed. Then, at the location for pick up, I as a customer had to wait over 25 minutes for someone to help me with my reservation as there was one person doing mailing services, a second one doing some kind of poster promotion and a third on the computer sitting there. Then the person helping me had to keep calling another person in person and on the phone and couldn't explain any charges or anything to me (she had no idea what she was doing) but not only that, their internet was not working and I had to help hook it up as I was on a time crunch. Came back to have to wait and again repeat the same issues. All in all I WOULD NOT recommend this specific site.

The time to pick up was stated 9am, the rep didnt show up till 10:30. Was needed for two full days and clearly stated, and was only given one day. Drove 62 kilometers and took 35$ to fill the tank up???? Maybe used 10$ worth of gas?

At the location there were lots of customers my time of pickup was 5:00 pm I arrived at 5:20 pm but due to so much customers the lady gave me the truck at 6:03 pm and promised me to wave the charges if the truck was late for the time I had waited. But I was charged full amount.

It took me 45 minutes to pick the truck . I was told the system is slow, meanwhile he is calling around to figure out how to answer some of the questions related to this rental. I’m was glad I was the only one in there being helped otherwise might of taken me even longer. I left there feeling frustrated and shaking my head. Then on returning this rental, he is telling me I had to do online. Apparently he was not able to get anywhere on his own he called someone to help him again. All of a sudden then he says it all good you can go now . I was not going to complain but thought it was necessary . I believe more training is needed at this location. I know that in the future I will not be picking up from this location. Thanks
