Let customer know not to lock up vehicle and drop keys until they've completed their online vehicle drop. I locked the vehicle and dropped off the key and then discovered I should take pictures of odometer and inside of cab. Too late.

The staff was extremely rude and argumentative. The contract was initiated online, and changed prior to my husband's arrival to pick up the truck. When asked questions to clarify the details of the contract, the lady on duty began to argue. When I called to clarify what I arranged for the contract. she began to argue with me as well, instead of answering the question. She was extremely unprofessional. I chose that location due to convenience and location, but will no longer make that my decision making factor. Looking at the reviews, the location needs to be shut down because they obviously have no idea what customer service looks like, and have no desire to provide it.

I closed my unit out and I told the office that I was closing the unit but yet they kept taking money out of account because of a lock... And when I tried to call to get the issue fixed it seemed that no one was ever in the office...

This was a great experience Lisa was absolutely the best she took the time to call me and let me know when a storage unit was available the timing was perfect and met out needs for our daughter's move to college thank you so much for being accommodating for our 2 weeks rental need. Looking forward to renting again after her 1st year in college excellent service & staff

I was not told if I had returned the vehicle early. I would be charge of fee I had told you all before my email don't work that's why when I pay my Storage you give me the print out cause I don't use my email I would have kept it and return it back today like she told me I didn't even do the ck out thing but I did shou her my video I took of how it was not clean and the marks on it and she told she mark it down I text when I trun the truck back in sorry I trun it in early

I was happy with the convienent location. This location needs more climatic units in all sizes. The price went up so much it was not affordable and my items got ruined due to not being protected from the climate, the unit being damp and all types of insects. My suggestion is if you have upholstered furniture, papers etc to get a climatic unit.

Have the rented equipment (hand trucks, furniture dolly, blankets) in the truck and ready to go. Had to go to another location to get equipment as the shop was not open. No offer to to discount or compensate for the inconvenience. No offer to return the equipment to the other location themselves to save me the extra trip. Very friendly lady otherwise.

I rented a unit but never entered the facility. I had gotten the unit to accompany a move to Princess Anne which did not happen. The manager was extremely nice and helpful.

We enjoyed that this facility was secured by gate and code entry. Sadly, many of our belongings are ruined from dirt or need extensive cleaning. We had checked our items a few months prior to our upcoming months and they were fine then. Since that time, we noticed large mounds of dirt across the lot from our locker - maybe it came from that? Anyway, it's just super unfortunate and will be a time consuming process to clean all our belongings. That being said, I believe we would still use them again if ever needed and should I had mentioned what has happened to the owners while checking out. I believe they would have attempted to locate a resolve.

Drop off location try to say we put damage on the side of the truck because it didn't get noted prior to leaving and said we were okay as long as we bought insurance if we didn't have insurance she was going to charge us and it was obvious that the damage was previously done didn't like this attitude one bit.

The only issue that I had with this transaction is the fact that when I return my truck it showed me that my total bill was going to be $439 and they charged me more money

In light of covid-19 I think U-Haul did an excellent job with the u-haul 24/7 app. There were a few glitches but after making several phone calls to U-Haul I was able to get through them. The customer service representatives were very polite and extremely helpful I was able to complete my move in a timely manner

Ok my truck was having issues such as transmission or alternator made my return date late. Made me late to my destination and took much longer then it should have.. This cost me time and money. I am very disappointed on the truck and its maintenance.

The location charged me 8% tax instead of 6% with out stating the reason.

The truck I received had a broken windshield wiper blade and it was pouring rain the entire 5 hours I had the truck. While the location was fine the iphone app and digital pickup was a complete cluster. It took me almost 50 mins to get my keys as your tech was all messed up. And the phone support completely stunk and was not helpful at all

Claire did an outstanding job with my reservation, vehicle was ready as promised, clean, ran like a top and for a V8 it shipped the gas. I did go over the original estimated mileage and knew there would be an extra charge, but the girl that checked me in, didn't know how to process this, this was the only fault I could find with location.
