I was told mobile pickups were not available for this location, so I had to wait 2 hours to pickup my vehicle. I scheduled pickup at 10 am and did not receive a vehicle until 12pm. I also received the vehicle on Empty. Lastly upon returning the vehicle invalid mileage amounts were added, attempting to take over 200$, when I drove 40 miles. Location may as well be shut down

Patricia KLocation didn’t not have anything displayed that they are a u haul facilitator not even a truck outside, inside the back of the truck had some stuff stored in there and smiled like cat litter. I had to clean an wipe with bleach. The process of renting is too much worst if it’s a U haul center. We have take a selfie , take a picture of ID and manually add your card.
