The truck was clean and looked great. However, by the time I got home, I discovered a caution light indicating low oil. There actually wasn’t any oil in it because someone didn’t tighten the drain plug in the oil pan. Easily fixed and I was reimbursed for the oil, but could’ve been a disaster for uhaul and me if I had driven it that way.

The gentleman running the shop is absolutely 💯 % genuine & kind. Never met another person that rented UHaul as nice as him. Please let him know we really appreciated his kindness. We are praying for him to have many more peaceful happy days on earth. But absolutely know God has him in his hands and will open the gates wide when it's his time to be with our Father in Heaven. equipment was not 100% clean and maintained. windshield was dirty. wiper blades needed replaced which i didn't know until i had to use them. front end needed aligned and tires balanced as truck shook around 70 mph. all this was reported to check in location in lakeland fl. i suggest you report any issues to uhaul so that they can fix it before renting out the vehicle.
