I had to wait almost 45 minutes for them to show up. She gave me the keys and left. I had to call her back to get the dolly because it wasn't in the truck. I ended up being late and missed a work conference Zoom.

It was just a drop off location… no one was there. I had to call the lady and get the code for the key drop box.
Larry DSelf check in process took 20mins because the keys were said to be in a lock box under the truck tire, which they were not. The building wasn’t open so had to use chat with an agent to find out it was in a lock box on the wall on a building down the street from where the truck was. Rains in California causes us to have to step in ankle deep waters to get to the lock box.
Kristina WThere was no one on site like I was told there would be to receive the truck. I called that particular branch and left a message stating that I was there wait for a clerk to receive my rental. I had to call the main number to explain and wait for them to try and locate some to receive the truck. Finally, when they called me back, I was told to leave the door unlocked and leave the truck key under the seat of the truck. I was very uncomfortable doing this. About 30 minutes later, someone from the branch told me that they could receive the truck at this point, and I told them I was instructed to leave it with the key under the drivers seat. Then, after all of this, I was over charged for miles that were promised to me because I had to drive the truck to return a trailer that was the wrong size. I’ll be calling to dispute the additional miles after the holiday.
