Alan RI had a heck of a time trying to get into the yard to get my vehicle. I would like to have what I need verbal code to get into the yard.

Stacy BMake the online check in more user friendly. Put the lock boxes for the truck keys in a more protected location so they don’t get caked in snow and ice when the weather is poor.

CHAD RPut winter tires on the trucks you rent out. Offer an alternative vehicle/trailer when the one rented and paid for is stuck in ice on summer tires in Alberta. Don’t double charge customers when they only used the truck for 4 hours
Kristen DIt. was a shit show right from the beginning. Code wouldn’t work to get the key.Then the truck got stuck on ice and never got out on my pickup time.Not a good time
Harry TThe tires are very poor for winter, got stuck in the driveway Where we moved the furniture to, and wouldn’t have been able to get up to the uhaul parking lot when we were finished because it was so slippery. We ended up driving it to another place down the road and leaving it there, as per our our rimbey agents advice. The RImbey agent , Brianna, does very well and we appreciated her help. To improve for the next customer, get winter tires in the winter.
David HNot a comment on this location but on the return experience. I received a call telling me my drop off location has changed, since this location's "lot was full" UHaul wanted me to drop it off 60km away. I called back because that was not going to happen. They moved it back, but the excuse was obviously a lie as the lot was literally 95% empty. I could have parked 100 trailers there. It's not my job to move your equipment to where you find it most convenient for the next rental. And lying to me to get me to do so is BS.
Ryan FThere ate two locations of the same name No one was there at either location Wrong phone number at one location Then when we did get someone very rude Then when we found right location no one there, they said just drop off Anyone could drive in and take it and I would have been blamed for not bringing back Poor set up Then refund according to uhaul was refunded but didn’t go back into bank They said bank can take up to 5 days What a joke they got the money right away Should be same for refund
