Great service and location . They have Ashley furniture and all major brand appliances as well at really low price . I purchased a three piece sofa set for $1900 which sold at other stores for $2900 . I canceled my ordered at the brick and bought it from Shawn . Thanks

jessie standingHey, I was charged 2 days extra by today total of 145.90 I need my money back,I suppose to rent my U haul on Sunday 30 July from slave lake and drop it off on monday 31 July in edmonton but I was told that they close on weekend so they offered me the u haul by Friday with no extra fees. Today they deducted 145.90 for extra 2 days WHAT? I even dropped the u haul yesterday. I'm aware of the 26.95 fuel but the rest I'm definitely not paying for it I need my money back. I keep Calling u haul several times but I've been put on hold whole day. Yesterday someone from u haul hung up the phone without calling me back. Very unprofessional. Amjad NawazEasy rental process but would be much appreciated if the owner of the business that deals with the costumer directly mentions the importance of staying in the rental car during the online return process to avoid the additional fees! Just to say to use the online return process to avoid the fees is not enough. I dropped the car took all necessary pictures and videos and the keys in the drop box went home to find out I had to be at the location for the return process to activate online so drove all the way back to then find out that I had to be in the car to take live pictures to complete the return process.. business was already closed. Anyways paid the extra fees when could have avoided it. Next rental will probably be either different location or with Nationals.

MOHAMED SALEMInitially, I booked a truck at the Corner Car Wash location 13404 142 St NW. I had a hard time finding the location and gps took us to a wrong place three times. I called Uhaul and it took me three tries until an agent offered to send us to a nearest location. Finding the initial location I booked was hard. I thank the agent who directed us to the nearest location. The new location at 13335 142 St NW had a very warm staff.

HASSEN SHABENThe owner Shawn drove the truck to the loading dock where it is downhill. He then said the gas level is not enough. We ask him to drive it back to where it was parked when we picked it up and he got mad. He kept insisting we did not put enough gas. We had the truck running when gas is being filled to make sure it is in the same spot we got it. He then said he will charge us an extra day. For what? We got it noon, even if we were there waiting since before 9am but they don't open till 11am. Uhaul made an adjustment to pick up time. we returned it at 11am. Why charge us another day. He then said he will put a block on us. This location is a crook. Will continue using UHAUL but NOT this particular pick up location. He did an estimate charges on our credit card. We hope he won't over charge us as that's what he intend to do. Maybe others don't know they are being taken advantaged by this business but we know better. Please send us a proper invoice. Brandon WARBURTONThe service at this location was good. However, my overall uhaul experience was bad. I booked my 20 feet uhaul more than a month ago as I was moving houses. One day before my pickup date, I received a call from the location where I was supposed to get my u-haul which is a different location and the owner asked me if I can delay my pickup until 10:30 AM instead of 9 AM. I sad OK. I was there at 10:30 AM and the owner (Sunny) told me that my truck is on the way and should be around 10-15 minutes. I have waited for more than an hour with no updates and the u-haul did not show-up. Finally, I was told that that truck is not answers the calls and I have to go and pick up a smaller truck from a different location which is about 20 minutes away. This ended us costly me time, money and more work since I had to make more trips instead of the originally planned one trip. I felt that the whole handling of the situation was unprofessional by the owner at that location.

Fred WasyluchaThe customer service was horrible. The app used to verify location after hours didn't work. We called customer service to alert them of it and they said they'd take note and to call back the next day to sort it out. When we called the next day THERE WAS NO RECCORD OF OUR CONVERSATION and so they charged an extra $20 and REFUSED A REFUND despite having photo evidence with location and time stamps to prove it. If it wasn't for the verification issue everything else could have been overlooked. But it is worth noting It took forever just to sort out payment for the truck in the first place. It also wasn't cleaned, and didn't have windshield wiper fluid. They also lied and said the gas tank was full and to fill it all the way back up when it was only near full. So we over paid for a 13 mile trip in town. Do not waste your time here go somewhere else. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Also, recvd a call saying we did not return the furniture pads or dolly and 2 bags of pads were in the back of the vehicle as well as the dolly. Told them several times they were there and then a manager had to check and they were there. End of the call did not get an "I'm sorry" but just "ok they are there bye."

MARIO RAUSEOPicked up the truck and was told to make sure it’s got a full tank when I return it. Ended up spending $40 to fill it yet I only did 20 miles. Truck had half eaten food inside cab, half consumed water bottles and was filthy. Broken glass in the cab and in the back of the truck. The lady at the store told me they would be open the next day to return the truck. I got there half hour earlier than my return time. I waited outside till they opened an hour and half later because I wanted to complain about the rental. She ended up charging me for two rentals, didn’t care about the condition of the vehicle and refused to refund me the obvious over charge because she didn’t know how.. with gas this rental cost me over $200 to haul just 22 miles.. I am waiting for usual to get back to me. This place is doing absolutely nothing to combat COVID-19 at all.. she didn’t even check the mileage, condition or tank when I returned it.

jocelyne nuefeldThe uHaul IT sucks. The web check-in nor the app check-in worked. It stalled when the scan of the driver's licence was required. The in-store attempt was frustrated as their vendor check-in system didn't work either. In the end, it took 2 hours to get this vehicle signed out.
Ed McDonaldComplicated after hrs checking. A 19.95 3 hr rental with the Inflated mileage charge for $1.32/ mi for 19 miles , should have been about $65. A complicated after hr check in on your phone appeared to have worked but apparently didn’t so another $20 was added . The gas was on full at the beginning but still took 10 litres and showed above full on the gauge. That works out to 7 mpg. Or more likely wasn’t full to begin with. I would like a refund of the $20 after hr charge. My last Rental from budget didn’t charge this. I think $65 for 3 hrs and 19 miles is more than a fair price.

I initially rented a van for the convenience and comfort level that I was willing to drive to Kelona well moving my daughter. I was upgraded in your employees terms exactly, however to me this was not an upgrade. I was not happy with this upgrade. Your online staff confirming my reservation did not seem to understand that I was not excited about this. Going forward I will think twice about my reservation options.
Shannon StreiThe Pickup location is fine! No problems there. My problem is with the U-haul company! The Mobile Pickup App sucks! I spend 45 minutes getting the code to release the key from the box. A lot of the info could have been entered ahead of time!!!!!!!!!!!! The "gas fill" policy sucks. I ended up paying $22.22 for 21.6 liters (5.71 US GALLONS!) for 25 Miles!!!! Obviously the tank wasn't full when I got it. I am not pleased with the "contact" phoning - it required 4 calls on your part and 2 different numberts (contacts) on my part! That crap could all have been entered ahead of time!!!!!
Dieter FehlbergThe online services are horrible! The company doesn't make it clear to the customer that the truck is guaranteed but not the location to pick up the truck. Claims a check in call prior to your move day but then doesn't follow through. Leaving the customer under the impression that all is good to go. When to your horrible surprise, it is in NO way all good to go. By conducting business this way you are putting your customers in a nasty position, causing them additional costs and stress on top of the already stressful experience of moving. When the location has nothing to do with Uhaul and must delegate all issues to HQ, this too, adds to frustrations that more times than not, end up on whom ever is at the location instead of Uhaul itself. I recommend the location and feel bad for their staff but my experience with Uhaul was absolutely horrible and cost me $500 more for hired help due to the extreme negligence from Uhaul. I also find it boarder line criminal for a company that charges gas and mileage to have such a disgraceful attitude of making it sound like it's no big deal to just send the customer on a 30min drive out of their way to pick up another truck as some sort of a solution to the mistake that the customer did not make. NOT impressed at all!! You gave my well in advanced reserved truck to someone else. Under the circumstances, and as it would be with any other company, I should not have paid a dime for a 5 hour wait and a small truck, which of course led to more trips, time, effort, pain and mileage. A $60 give back doesn't even come close to the unnecessary drama that Uhaul caused for me and my family! Never again!!!

When I called U-Haul the representative said she can't help me sign in and transfered me to the self services department. Was on hold for 1hr before giving up as I figured it was best to do this in person. Considering a different company for my next move in 2 weeks time.
Todd DRYERAlthough I paid for the rental of a dolly and furniture pads, I was not actually given them at all. What a waste of money. Not to mention that my mileage would have been cut in half (below the allowed mileage) if I didn't have to drive to another city to pick it up.
