My truck was dirty on the inside with bottles and just dirt in cup holders and all around. After I left I noticed a jerking when taking off and slowing down which I believe to be transmission issues . Which turned a 3 hour drive into a 8 hour drive. The guy did not make me aware of exactly how one way rentals work with charging me for 2 full days when I had the truck returned the same day I got it. Then when I called to question the guy about my charges I was hung up on. I asked to only be charged for one day since I was not made aware of policy I guess and then the hassle of driving a damaged vehicle

Walter HornI placed an order for Royston, Ga. location and ordered boxes and blankets and device for loading furniture. Royston was closest to where I was moving from and to,Canon, Ga. The day of, I received notice (text) that I would need to go to another town after the pickup time . This placed me out of my desired moving area. When I went to pick up the truck, the boxes, blankets, etc. were not available at the Hartwell location. The gentleman was nice, but he said he couldn't get the boxes and other items I ORDERED and PAID for, and he said he couldn't refund my money!!

janice wallaceBe sure all lights are in working order!!! We discovered about 300 miles into the trip that the brake lights, tail lights and turn signals were not working. It caused hazardous driving as it was getting dark and I had to follow very closely in my car to keep watch. My husband discovered when we stopped for gas that there was a short in the control switch inside the truck for the lights.
