Contract stated to return truck to Ferry st location. However employee tells me that I have to go to front st location. Go to front st location and employee says I have to take truck to ferry st location. A scene out of the three stooges!

Explain to customers in more detail the pickup process. It took me about one half hour to complete the online process, located the truck and obtain the key. The representative at the Front Street office was very pleasant. The drop off was easy and quick.

Original drop off was supposed to be 7 Ferry St in Nanticoke... but the a-hole refused the truck and told us to go somewhere else!!! Next time I will rent a Ryder!!!

I need to let you know that Stor All center was not my original drop off location. It was C and S truck shoppe. When I arrived ready to drop truck/keys off, I was told to take truck to Front St!. No explanation, no reason why. I had no address or name! I searched for Uhaul sites in area and found Stor All, but they were not available either, so I dropped truck not knowing if that was correct thing to do. I called Uhaul 800 number and let them know what happened. It was new years eve afternoon. Any questions on this please call me. I talked to Stor all on Saturday and they were fine. I plan to use UHaul again in a few weeks.

The 24/7 pick up app gave me a very difficult time. I spent about 1:15 minutes to try to log on and obtain the lock box code. The system was not very useful.

Pickup was changed from Berwick to Nanticoke, a big inconvenience to me. Changing the pickup location to Hazleton would have been much more convenient and would have made a lot more sense since I live in Hazleton. I wonder did the scheduler even look at my home address on the reservation? I understand this is not the responsibility of the location manager, but is handled by schedulers outside the pickup and drop off points. Being a centralized Independent unit I would expect they could have done a much better job.

The truck was clean on the inside. Windows and mirrors were dirty. No explanation given of truck operation. Smelled of cigarettes on the inside.

First off, having no help to get into my truck and waiting over and hour to get into my self pick up truck was a bad experience. Then after returning my truck to the return destination, The lady at this location called and harassed me and said I took her lock to the truck and to return it immediately. She accused me of stealing and demanded to know how I picked this truck. I let her know I had rented the truck for self pick up, she then continued to cursed at me and tell me I stole her lock to the truck. I’m completely mortified by her and this experience.

Our reservation was moved to a location that was further away. We had to wait 3 hours because the system was down which messed up our plans with people who were helping us move. The lady working was wonderful and very nice and did what she could do and eventually got us out the doors. We got a few extra hours on our reservation but no discount in price which I was surprised by considering the huge inconvenience!

The lady who rented the truck to us was fabulous considering the U-Haul site was down & I sat there for over 3 hours while we tried everything. She literally was trying to bend over backwards to get this to go thru. I felt horrible for her because it was not her problem. Everyone was down. I just wish there were better hours during the week but as for this place if the system was working it would have easily been one of the best U-Haul experiences I’ve had because of Marge. Also U-Haul charged me twice & I almost couldn’t use the truck because of that. $100 to fill the truck was being held hostage by U-Haul but again Marge called & had it fixed. She deserves a medal for having 2 people in her office for 3 hours & almost having to send us away with no vehicles.

they charged us 40$ extra as soon as we didnt bring it back at 3:10 when im sure i picked up the truck around 4 pm the day before also the truck was clean i got charged for a cleaning fee gas was at its normal 5/8 of a tank and i got charged for this as well so very unproffesional i would like a refund for part of this rental this was rediculous !!!

rachet tie downs were rusty and not properly lubricated and the clamps on chains ( bolts) were frozen fast and without tools could not adjust chains.

We were not happy with the fact that we had to drive 45 Min out of our way to get this truck. We originally Made reservation With the Bloomsburg Pa U Haul. When we arrived there they gave our reserved truck to the customer in front of us! When we got to the counter he said he never saw our reservation. He then directed us to this location 45 Min away. There was no apology or nothing! When we arrived at the Nanticoke U Haul We were treated very Respectful! They were wonderful. The gentleman cleared off the snow from The truck And was very pleasant.

the original drop off place C&S truck shop refused to accept the drop off truck we rented and gave half directions where we could drop truck which cost us extra miles. C&S truck shop should not be a Uhaul rental place. Would never recommend.
