Wayne SThe unit I rented was a 6x12 trailer and nowhere on the description does it say the opening where the ramp is only 57 inches. The item I was trying to haul was wider than the opening and I could not use the trailer, which is why I returned it the same day I picked it up. It was of no use to me.

Stephen GI was charged $36 for 1/8 of a tank of gas. & $30 more for the gas fee. There is no way that an 1/8 of a tank of gas costs $36. I didn’t put gas in it because i thought it would be easier to to u-haul for the 1/8 of a tank I used than me pulling that huge truck up to the gas pump. I was not told anything about a gas fee. OR the fact that I would be OVER CHARGED for gas!!!!!!! Very UNpleased with this u-haul service!!!

Bobby JNothing wrong with the location. Manager does all he can, but no one can help locally when the upper management does nothing to help. They got their money so why would they care about the guy who sits in a sweat box for 3.5 hours on a busy major highway in Mississippi?

QUENTELLUS TWe were a few minutes early which was not a problem and our trailer was waiting. The person helping us was very friendly and assisted us in hooking up the utility trailer. Return was easy. Would rent from this location again
