irwin sMy reservation was rebooked over charged and double charged all unbeknownst to me. Terrible nerve wrecking experience unfortunately. I’m still dealing with the issues thanks to the manager at Storsge King on 301. I believe her name was Stefanie.
DeWana WStorage kings charged my card for a 140.18 but the receipt said for only 65 uhaul get your extra money I owe you from them they already stole my money the truck she gave me was hard to crank had to leave running all the dashboard lights were on she didn't let me do a walk around before doing paperwork she said oh it's fine just say yes everything is ok but it wasn't the truck needs work done to it this was an awful experience and her and her boss steals money out of people accounts so find yall another independent contractor because storage kings are thrives

scott lSorry if I get the spelling wrong, but I believe Brittany Ford was the person that helped me. She’s AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, and even offered to let me pickup the truck early while she was still on shift. We were able to get much more done the night before and it saved us some time, which we really needed making 3 1-hour trips both ways. If I had needed a storage facility or uhaul before today, I would definitely go back to this place based on customer service alone! Thanks so much

dakota cTruck passenger side door was not working properly , tires were low , truck was smoking and was in need of repair . When my son picked the truck up women stated to him that truck was in need of repair but if she did that I uhaul would take it and she would not have truck . Very disappointed with this rental purchase .
Tyler TThis is a great location and the Uhaul was in great condition. My only recommendation is one that would be very helpful. I used the mobile pickup and I'd never done that before. I would highly recommend letting the customer know all the steps - I did not know a 2nd person would need to be contacted at 7am on a Saturday morning to verify me for the pickup. I did not know that I would be messaged a code and the code would be how I'd get the key out of the lock. It all makes sense and was easy once I figured that out but it would have been so very helpful to have this information ahead of time so I could make sure I had someone that didn't mind being contacted on a Saturday morning and so I'd know how the procedure would work. Also, I cannot remember the procedure but there was only about 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. I left about 1/2 a tank in it.

clyde HDo not rent from this place ever. They are shady and untrustworthy. They charged me $28 for insurance after I told him I didn’t want it and then when I returned it I returned it exactly where they told me to and they charge me another $56 for gas even though I had filled it up. Then when asked about the extra charges they were unprofessional and never got back to me like they said they would. If I ever need a moving truck again I will never use the UHaul after this experience.

Dustin MMy experience was simply amazing! Everything was nice, easy, and most importantly hassle free! The young lady that assisted me was very helpful. He personality and energy displayed was happy and inviting. It was truly a breath of fresh air to be able to speak with any member of any type customer service and they not have an attitude about something or acting like the customers are a burden for coming into the store. I really appreciated the help and patience with the process and I will definitely be using them again if and when the need arises.

LISALESSARD GDo not move my pickup location, twice. Uhual cost me 2 hours and threw off my schedule on the pickup day. Do not change my turn in location, unless I ask. Uhual cost me time by telling me I had to change drop off locations. I spent over an hour on the phone changing it back to my preferred drop off location.
RAYMOND ANick, the manager, was awesome to work with. The Uhaul app, not so much. Thank goodness for Nick!!!!
