Every U-Haul location that I have dealt with has been great (Little Rock(Arkansas), Raymondville(Texas), Denton(Texas)). All of your employees seem happy, well-trained, and professional. That is a rarity in today's political and financial climate. Keep up the good work..:)

OMAR CDiana was friendly, professional and efficient when I picked up the truck. Blanca was also very helpful, when I returned the truck. They both made renting the truck a pleasure!
ROBERT DThe truck was clean but it was in need of a lot of work. The truck rattled and was extremely load on the road. The outside air would come in through the door seals making a lot of noise inside. The truck was really beat up on the inside and missing something on the roof console and had broken air vents.

Alberto FTerrible service!!! More than a month ago, I rented a 26 ft. Truck to use it on August 14 to move to another city. I called the day before to confirm that the truck was ready to pick it up the next day and the answer was "yes". I got at the assigned location at 9:00 a.m. as stipulated. To find out that the truck was also rented to someone else. I had to drive more than 70 miles to pick up a 20 ft. More expensive than the one I originally rented and that wasn't big enough to move all my furniture. I tried to contact several locations and noone was able to help me....neither tried to subside or compensate me for all the inconveniences. I will have to go back to get the rest of the furniture and pay again for a service I had already paid. Clarification the problem wasn't the location, in fact the lady there was very helpful. The problem is the company and the lack of communication and professionalism they have. The low rating is for the company, no the location.

Vicki PWe had to find and hook up our own trailers. The lights on one of the trailers did not work. We were told that we shouldn’t worry about it, that if we got pulled over just to tell them it’s a U-Haul trailer, it should be fine. I called the roadside assistance number and never could reach anyone, I used the U/Haul.com/help sight and still never got a response. I had to get a hotel room for the night so hopefully we could get the trailer lights working. When I took the fully loaded trailer back to have someone fix it, I was told by Daniella (several times) that they shouldn’t have leased me the trailer to begin with. It took over an hour to get someone to look at the trailer. The trailer still never got fixed! This location is a total joke. I feal sorry for the next person that has to rent/lease from the location in Raymondville, Texas!

Mariana GAn employee of Las Cruces, New Mexico told me that “if I wasn’t satisfied, with the rental rate that I always can go to budget rental”. I have a history of renting U-Hauls in New Mexico and have started now renting in Tx. The New Mexico worker was rude whereas in Raymondville Tx. I was treated friendly and in Hobbs,New Mexico as well.
