Pick up was flawless!!! the car trailer was exactly what I needed and was in great shape, loading and unloading was easy, U-Haul even had a video on the internet to show how. Drop off was left open, after unloading I attempted to return the rental at the closest facility listed, and was there 1 hour 20 minutes before closing according to the listed info, and it was unattended, (Ii arrived @ 3:40PM), then the next closest was scheduled to close in 20 minutes (at 4PM), which was on the other side of town. When I called customer service for help they were very helpful, the customer service rep told me they showed a return to a different facility in a adjacent town, that was open until 7PM after that everything went fine. At pickup and drop off facilities the were people were super nice and friendly.

The U-Haul app, used when returning the vehicle, was very frustrating to use as it took about 30 mins for the pages to load and to upload the pictures. I’ve used the app previously and never had problems with it being slow.
It would be nice if the smaller trucks had the ramp on them, I didn’t realize until picking up the vehicle that the 10’ trucks don’t have a loading and unloading ramp under them.
This location is amazing though, Ashley is the best!

rented a truck online at a diff location day before, got to the facility and it was closed so had to call customer service to cancel. next day rented truck, requested & paid for utility dolly & it was not on the truck, storage facility we rented from (booked online) was closed by the time we picked up

I rented an appliance dolly.
The service and support was excellent, but the dolly's tires were very worn and stiff making it more difficult to use.
Recommend replacing the tires or dolly itself.

Truck was not where requested. It was 30 minutes away and I received no notification of the location change. I drove to the requested location before being informed that I would have to drive 30 minutes each way for a total of 2 hours of additional drive time. Unacceptable.

This location and it's personal were amazing and 5 stars. I submitted a location closer to my ending location and I was moved to a location further from my final location. I was not happy that I had to pay more for extra miles and refill gass when a U-Haul location was closer. This is not this locations fault but just an overall complaint for U-Haul.

if a trailer has 9` x 5` on it it should be that size it should not be 9` x 4`9" . it causes a lot of problems the signs on the outside of the trailer should read 4`9" wide !!!!!!!!! the ladies at both ends of the rent could not have been any better .

I asked for an AFM to call me to discuss a refund. The tires on the truck were completely ball with wires showing which was a problem customer service was useless per usual. We just took it back to the dealer because we were unable to use. You don't load equipment for a marching band in a truck which would likely break down.. smh

The staff is very accommodating, however the location is remote and was chosen by UHaul, not me doe to availability. The left rear tire was leaking and had to be filled with air daily costing me another $6. The cab smelled as though someone had smoked in it.
