John Coleman IIIHave your locations not steal from customers. I drove a total of 8 miles and had the truck for 6 hours and they charged me for 11 gallons of gas even though I put a gallon of gas in to bring it back up to what I rented it at.
JOSHUA BOZARTHThe manager here was so nice and really helped me after I had been sent to the wrong pick up location in the begining! If you are going to change the location on someone, you should really call them instead of email as they may not have service or be able to check email!!

Jorge NegronCharged me for multiple days when I showed proof that only 1 day was used and returned prior to 24 hours. Charged me for 3 days and would not return my money, also charged me for gas when I had filled up and even the customer service rep said that they could see that I returned the truck with more gas then when it was given to me. The gay gentleman at the front desk is a thieve and when I confronted him and told him that when I went to drop off the truck the front door was closed and there was a sign that he went to the bank he quickly changed his story... But how would I know he went to the bank the day I returned the truck....? He then said "I didn't see the truck there until Monday.." which by that time that was the 3rd day... And I got charged for all 3 days...

I am very disappointed with the locations cleanliness of their trucks and how i was charged for them not inspecting the truck before i even got it.

William VandewaterI'm still trying to get my money back after being over charged. I was charged $153 for a rental that should've been $91. I went to the office to have it corrected and I was advised the $153 was credited back to my account and then the $91 would be taken out. However the $91 was taken out but the $153 wasn't credited back. So now I've been charged $244 for a $91 rental. So what would've happened if this mistake caused an over draft in my account? I will never ever ever rent from uhaul again.
