The worker seemed confused, didn't know how to help us. He called someone and we had to speak to them on his personal cell phone. Didn't show us where the truck was or look over it with us.

Cesar PWhen you pick up, they always call someone to process the order. Giving personal info over the phone instead of having the ability to process on site in front of customer. This is time consuming as well as shady. However, they are the closest to me.
Daniel MI try to make a change on my reservation and the lady that answer the phone told me she will call me back in 5 minutes until today she hasn’t call back obviously I made the changes on the app. When I went to pick up my equipment at the tire shop the guy who was there was like ‘oh sh,tt! The person in charge of U-Haul is not here, so he called someone and they try to help me over the phone….it’s not the tire shop fault. The next day when I return the equipment I have to call the customer service cause they never sent me the link to return the equipment.

ROBBI IThis location was 25 minutes away from the requested spot. On my way to pick up, we drove past a UHaul lot that was full of trucks.
John BUtter bullshit with having to scan my license on phone. to rent trailer. What a waste of my time and the business employees time. Not good for the customer. So much of this technology is crammed down our throat and does not work. Does nothing to benefit the customer nor your vendor
