The location looked like a junk yard. The parking lot wasn't paved so you're walking through mud. The can floor was already muddy from whoever was in it before me. The can smaller like body oder. The online check-in didn't work. I had to talk with two different representatives to finally get checked out. Your app didn't work at all. It never has the last 4 times I've used it. The U-Haul online check-in and check out process is an absolute nightmare.

The woman that works at the location that I rented the U-Haul from was intoxicated. She had no idea what she was doing and the rental got all messed up then they called me to find out where the truck was I will never rent from U-Haul ever again I will tell friends and family not to as well terrible customer service rude people on the phone not knowing what they were doing. Then you proceeded to charge me more money because you couldn't find a truck where you told me to drop it off at very unfair very unprofessional I think that you should refund the money of the $118 that you charge to find a truck that was in your lot

The grounds could be kept cleaner and separated better from the mechanics jobs. Staff was awesome!

The location was a little confusing, as there was no real indication of where I could park the equipment. This was especially worrisome since I was returning a truck with tow dolly and I could not back up with the dolly, and options for pulling in without blocking some part of the property were very limited. The staff were very helpful, though.

It looked like a junkyard & there were no signs guiding us where to leave the trailer. We finally left it in a parking spot.

It was very difficult to drop off my truck at this location . There was no lighting at all the street is very dark and high speed traffic called owner and he didn’t even know the street next to his shop . Office wasn’t open when called received answering machine which said it was open until 6 arrived early and it wasn’t . Had to use a flash light to find drop off box for keys . I would not recommend this place .

The guy who was working when I went to pick up the trailer, had no idea what he was doing. No matter what card I tried to pay with he kept saying it was declining even though every card had money on it. I asked him why that was happening and his response was “I don’t know I just work” and did not put in any effort to help me figure it out. I had to finally call and pay over the phone and the card I was trying to use worked just fine over the phone. It was also a very unprofessional environment with people outside partying, smoking weed and cigarettes, and drinking alcohol at 3:30pm in the afternoon. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful experience!! The truck was the cleanest I have ever rented. The lady came out when she saw I was having problems with the app and did it all for me. Overall awesome experience after a rough move at best....would definitely go back. Thank you guys so much.

Employees were uninterested in helping customers in line and had little to no insight on how the process works. One employee chose to be on her phone for well over thirty minutes and would not acknowledge customers directly in front of her. She proceeded to stomp around the yard ranting and raving on the phone. I personally had to sit and watch the childish behavior and ended up having to call customer service to get checked in after forty-five minutes. The place is cluttered, unorganized, and you can’t tell wether it’s a junkyard or a uhaul.

UHaul sent me to this return site even though two others were closer. I even drove by one to get to this site. The operator backed up the trailer and unhooked it for me, which was nice. He said he would get me checked in, but he didn't. I know this because I got an email from UHaul the next day that encouraged me to return my trailer because it was in high demand. When I called Uhaul to let them know the trailer had been returned the day before, they said it hadn't been checked in and connected me to the dropoff site to talk to the operator. Nobody answered my call so I left a message. When I received my UHaul receipt three weeks later, it showed the trailer was checked in at the deadline three days after I actually returned it.

Pick up location was extremely helpful and quickly got me truck paperwork & on my way to move. U-Haul always has been my families source of moving when needed reliable and great running trucks always available. Thank you U-Haul for your awesome service. Satisfied customer

Very poor, unacceptable poor upkeep of grounds. Had to call uhaul to make contact with representatives. Not going to rent from this location again.

This is very poor location, poorly maintained, very unprofessional. Tried to charge me more money than was due. Didn't help hook trailer. Office was a mess. I would not purchase moving boxes from this facility, they looked dirty and disorganized.
