Location is an auto shop. Little to no parking to get in. Other staff members yelling and swearing at each other at the front door for a long period of time as I waited. The gentleman that helped me was nice.
Elsa HVery kind and helpful gentleman helped me check in for a Uhaul and he helped me by reversing it out of the parking lot for me :)
SHEENA HThe location was a bit strange with the office on one side of the street and the rental parking lot on the opposite side of the street at the end of the block. Other than that everything was fine. the gentleman who checked the truck back in was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. The return to a live person was as great as the pickup with the U-haul app was horrible.
David SGentleman who helped me get a reservation for my rental helped me a lot when technology wouldn't work on my phone. I would recommend reviewing order before submitting.
Vanessa Yit was hard to find my truck because the parking lot was across the street in what looked like an abandoned building's parking lot. The phone signal was terrible and i kept getting kicked out of the app for my early pickup. The lockbox didn't open easily for my key. The only saving grace was Lacy in the dispatch office for the area, who was a lifesaver.

Alexandr PHow about having the information correct inst of blaming your customer! To be honest I'm not sir ill ever use uhaul again. Uhaul ruined my trip! Uhaul made it difficult I had to spend multiple hours being in the phone to get things straight while they blamed me when the problem wasn't me. Your location blowing my phone up. Not being on a contract.
Elexas Athe cab was dirty, some trash including a used napkin that was stuck in the cup holder. the floor mats need washed. i felt like the brakes were not up to spec on the truck i used. i was told that i needed to inspect the truck for damage prior to leaving (normal). i didnt expect there to be upwards of 30 ‘x’ stickers all over the truck. i felt rushed during this process
