The place is nice and neat, the truck was super clean, friendly help. I left my phone in the truck and they made sure I got it back!!

The app was failing, It took half hour to get the pick up process completed, store was open and I thought somebody inside could help, but there was only one staff person and there was a line of customers. Improve your app, sometime it has so many glitches.

The location for pick up and drop off was good for us, the inside cab of the truck we rented was very dirty, not sure when or if it was cleaned. The inside of the windshield was so dirty when the sun was shining it was difficult to see thru it. The inside of the back of truck was clean. The lady working the front desk was very kind and helpful

Wasn’t told I had to take a picture of odometer, truck, inside truck etc.
I parked the truck and put the keys in and expected that to be it.
Whole “check out” process took 10 mins in itself.
It should be relayed that BEFORE you drop the keys off that you have to do a millions steps before you’re actually checked out.
Dropped the truck off in time but guess what, didn’t anticipate having to take a million pictures.
Didn’t have to do this last time I used U-Haul

sales person was not the nicest especially when discussing payment as I indicated I had already paid, she didn't care nor wanted to discuss it. Truck seats were quite beat up and were mostly tape holding them together. Overall think another location would've been a more pleasant experience

I was charged in full for a Uhaul truck rental that I could not use. After speaking with call center, I was misdirected to return rental under the impression that I would receive a refund to exchange the rental for the one I needed. The employee at this location misled me to think I was getting a refund and was not helpful in resolving the issue at all. I have submitted a dispute for the charge with the home office and am still need to reserve a truck rental.

The location and service was great.
However the online checkout process is incredibly broken. The website rejects .jpeg files so I had to convert my photo to a .png or else it wouldn't be accepted. This is not an issue with the location so much as the UHaul corporate website.

The woman at the desk was very cold and unapproachable, it was clear she was distracted while making Christmas ornaments or doing some kind of crafting while “helping me”. I was struggling to check in on my phone and was given very little assistance as she was doing crafts at the front desk.
Upon getting to my truck, I struggled to close the cargo door and was patronized about not fully closing the latch before opening it.
I definitely would rent storage again from this location, but with the treatment I was given when picking up my truck, I would never rent another Uhaul truck from this location.

The pick up truck had visible damage out the outside and smelled of stale smoke! it was horrible. My additional driver drove it and they only had the one truck on the lot so I couldn't exchange.

Truck drove horribly and was pretty beat up in the cabin. Steering was absolutely awful. I had to drive extra slow to avoid causing an accident.
Truck didn't start a few times also.

Buy new trucks for some reason U-Haul trucks burns gas soon as you hit the gas pedal all you hear why driving is the transmission running look at the gas hand almost on E buy better trucks

I really love the facility. The professionalism of the staff was great. My only complaint is the first storage room they gave me had a leaky pipe which set my things up for mold. i wasn't happy at all with that but they gave me another clean dry storage area. Much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone. thank you
