Our mileage came in at about 10 miles ...and we had to put almost three gallons of gas in the truck for the needle to reach it's original position....kind of ridiculous, we didn't have a heavy load...a light weight love seat and couch....so felt like we got ripped off in that respect...the clerk who handled our transaction was awesome, very professional "Tamara" very personable...we decided at the last minute that the 10 ft truck might not accommodate the two pieces of furniture lengthwise
and she was able to upgrade our rental right away...still to be charged almost 50 dollars plus seven in gas for a 90 minute rental seems excessive.
Great service! Truck was new and worked out perfectly for a large cabinet move!

the woman at the front desk was by herself tryiing to help with self storage and another rental. I was waiting almost an hour before being able to have my turn (it was NOT her fault and she was VERY LOVELY to me). The truck itself was old and things did not work as well as other trucks I have rented in the past (ease of closing door, the handle latch got stuck up under the door, had to call someone to help me get it out)

The number I called messed up the entire order. I ordered a truck from 3p.m. on a Saturday to 3 p.m. on a Sunday. They called and said i needed to pick it up at noon. When i picked up at 2:30 P.M. they told me I only had until 9:00 a.m. the next day....not even 24 hours !! Will never use your service again.
it was the worst experience. first I never ever obtained a receipt and I thought they would email it to me, but never did. the truck that they gave me. the battery died and I had to fixed that problem and that's the reason I was late with the truck and the employee advised me to returned the truck at the same location that I obtained cause it would be cheaper even though I explained to her that a u haul service was down the street from my home and she stated it would be lot cheaper and it wasn't and nobody ever called me in regards of the charges and my credit card was just charged for over mileage even though I never obtained the beginning of the mileage on any documentation for my records and when I tried to explained they just brush me off.... the worst service. very unhappy. they don't care for the customers, at all
I had an excellent experience with StoreQuest!
I would recommend the location, however, I would not recommend Uhaul as a company. We found out several things, to which we had not agreed, upon picking up our truck, but as it was Thanksgiving weekend and we had no other mode of transport, and the other rental companies were either out of trucks or closed, we were stuck or we would not have done business with the company.
1) We were quoted $150 total for 2 days, but received a rate of $150 per day, so $300 total. 2) We made a reservation for a 17-ft truck, but upon picking up the truck we discovered that we were receiving a 14-ft truck because our reservation had been mishandled by the person on the phone, and as that was all they had left, it was our only option. 3) We were supposed to receive 120 miles because our pickup location was 24 miles out of our way, but upon picking up the truck, our mileage was reduced to 109 miles. 4) We paid for a 2-day rental, but apparently it wasn't a full 24-hour day for each day, and although we were picking the truck up at 4:00, we were expected to return it by noon.
Extremely frustrating experience. We will not be recommending Uhaul to friends or family and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
Friendly representative, easy to find location.
(1) "Oil change required" lit up the first time I started the truck on the uHaul premises. I told sales rep and all they said is they would note it and not to be worried about it during my 1,500 mile drive with the truck out of state. (2) Clean your trucks before you rent them. You told me you charged the customer that dropped the truck off a "cleaning fee", but the inside had dog hair and trash all over and under the seats. (3) Check car dolly straps because the first car dolly provided had torn straps (90% torn). I have pictures of the torn straps. I looked at the straps when the car dolly was being attached to the truck and noticed the straps were torn. They didn't offer to deliver a different car dolly, their solution for their negligence was to have me drive 30 minutes to a different uHaul location. The two straps are the only thing securing a car (SUV) to the car dolly and you installed a car dolly with a torn strap that would not have kept my car secured for the 1,500 trip.
She was very friendly and got me out quickly so I could get back to unpacking.

i dealt with two young women one "kelly" and the 2nd one "Tamara" , Kelly help me transfer to pick up truck at her place from the office off of Dawson Drive, and got me situated, along with questions of what it would cost more or less. she also reserved the 14 feet truck and e-mail me as well. Tamara was a great customer service rep for the U-Haul business.She got me checked out quickly and efficently. along with answers to my questions. the facility and office

I was overcharged for gas even though I put gas in.
The "Change Oil" signal was blaring across the screen where the mileage should have been. This happened immediately after pulling off the lot. The truck was exceptionally clean and not ugly. The service was excellent. We accidently left some personal belongings inside and when we got there the next morning they were still there all safe and sound!

I thought the blankets for the move were bought. They said they may be at other locations not not at theirs because they're just a drop off locale. I had to return them after the move.

I'm being charged extra for not putting extra gas in the van rental I drove 3 miles (3.5 miles at the very most)
I had a confirmed appointment for 8:30am pick up, but the office didn't open until 9am. It seems logical that this wouldn't be possible, but an accurate reflection of the business hours in confirmations would have been nice.

I was disappointed that the truck did not have a full tank of gas, so our first stop in a busy day was the gas station.
The truck wasn't clean, and it smelled bad. Upon getting to the location, the attendant wanted to give me a bigger, more expensive truck than what I reserved...and finally got the van I ordered. The gas gauge wasn't quite full, but the contract marked it that way ahead of time. I feel like I put more gas in than needed. I would not use this Uhaul site again.
I completed all the information online to speed up the pickup process. Uhaul changed the location I picked as well as the time. When I got to the new location, they had none of the information I added to speed up the process. It took 30 minutes to get the truck. The website says they will pay $50 if the location or time is changed. The person at the Uhaul location where I picked up the truck said I should get the $50 adjustment. She gave me the phone # to call. I did so but haven't heard anything from Uhaul. Disappointed.
