Mark HThe driver side window was very rickety. I was concerned that I would be held responsible for that however, I wasn’t other than that the experience was fine. The employee that assisted me was named Donna and she was professional, courteous polite knew her job and the product and it was just a true pleasure to deal with someone who is so capable. I rented a U-Haul back in May. The counter person was rude pushy and not the least bit accommodating, I suspect my own reasons for the treatment I received however, it’s a brave New World and I will not be going to the U-Haul on the Boulevard in Philadelphia again unless I am absolutely unable to go elsewhere

Ronald BI reserved truck at Glenside PA location which is a little over a mile from my house. I was surprised when Uhaul later directed me to the Warminster location to pickup truck. That is why I did not give an Excellent rating to the 1st question.
