There are multiple business's within this location. I frequent them often. I can and have recommended all services provided. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and friendly. They get to know you and call you by name to greet you when you enter. I will always frequent this type of business.

LAWRENCE GTruck was dinged, dirty, only had 1/4 tank of fuel, and I got to have a conversation with Sturgis' finest because the taillights do not automatically turn on, as is the case with every other car built after 2015 or so. It would have been nice to have it explained that no, this standard feature does not exist here. The person at the counter kept on ringing me up at higher prices, "to be compliant," which one assumes he would have forgotten if the error was in his favor. Also the backup camera, again STANDARD, doesn't work. Definitely poor
David HSturgis was great! Spearfish, SD locations, all 3 of them, not so much. If they answer the phone, they never have car dollies or car trailer available, which I rent frequently. They say they never get them.

DARLA JFirst trailer they tried to give me had a crack in the tongue. The one I actually got was missing a safety chain when I went to load the vehicle.
Raymond HHave the equipment at the location originally reserved. I ended up spending a lot more money in mileage and fuel driving 100 miles round trip to pick up and return my rental yes some miles were given to me but no compensation for extra fuel usage or time wasted... probably will be canceling my reservation in 2 weeks and going with another company.
John FI highly recommend them Justin went out of his way to take care of me. I needed a truck on Monday memorial day. He was not open, but he came in and opened up where I could rent a truck. I appreciate him, taking his time to do that again I highly recommend them, Justin was wonderful

MARK JThis location was great however it was not the location we made the reservation for. We had to drive 45 minutes out of the way to get to this location from where we were staying even though we made a reservation well in advance. This was very inconvenient, time consuming and cost us more money in fuel.
Michael SI don't appreciate having to pick up the trailer at a location which openly displays racist and undemocratic displays. A gun shop is not an appropriate location for U-haul.
Robert NCharged me for 3 gallons of fuel even though the gauge was reading higher than when I picked up the truck.

Mark SReturned the trailer on time on a Sunday where no staff was available. Tried for about half an hour to do the online return process but the uhaul website would not allow me to upload the required pictures. I had to re hook up the trailer and drive all the way home to grab my laptop and go all the way back to drop off location. I was then able to do the drop off procedure. Now because I was about two hours late I had to pay an extra days rental fee.

Kelly EMake sure before you let a customer take a trailer that everything is working properly the trailer had a short in the lights and made our pickup short out and blow fuses every time we would turn lights on had to sit along side the road for 3 hours to wait for a guy to come out to fix the lights, the guy could not and it was dark and we had to go 40 miles in the dark with our flashers on so it was not a good trip shod have took us 5 hours to our location but instead to us 11 hours to get to our location that was safe...

Robert LThis was excellent. They were able to give me a larger unit for same price. Helped us load, helped select a location to drop off and notified them we were coming. They were ready and helped me unload. Trailer rode perfectly and no problems on the drive.
Jim WWe were not given the closest drop off location so had to call and handle on our own. The guy was more interested in his guns than helping with truck I felt.

Jose LHe didn’t like the fact that I didn’t book it through him, so he wasn’t making anything on the deal. Had me disconnect everything cause he wasn’t getting paid fo it. Thought that kinda seemed wrong?
