Benjamin ZReserved Uhaul at 8450 Montana 5-10 days in advance. Never received confirmation email day prior. Day of at 8 am I was informed told truck was at 1515 Mescalero Drive and available for pickup at 10am. After completing contract truck was load due to exhaust deficiency. Representative recommend against using it. He was by far more than helpful, big thanks to him! Was scheduled to pick another truck at 1230 at 11638 Alameda. Called and was told 1 pm. Received call stating representative will call when truck was available. Got call at or around 430-500 pm drove to location only to wait about 60-90 minutes for previous customer to arrive. Representative specifically said I would only be charged for days used regardless of days requested and be refunded money. I initially requested 6 days to pack, unload and attend a 2 day event during travel. However, the day lost acquiring the truck, charging and refunding the charge resulted in me not being able to attend the event, in addition to the truck needing an alignment which was apparent on the highway. Customer service appears to not want to assist. I’m requesting a refund of days not used. I’d prefer to stay a loyal customer than take my business elsewhere for the remainder of my military moves. DANIEL VI got an extra charge without previous notification for staying one more day but the invoice says the today is the dropping day without stipulated release time

Hassania VReserved a utility dolly, was informed that they did not have one in stock to give me, probably most common tool rented other then the trucks. Had to rent a utility dolly from another uhaul. Did not know about this until I arrived to pick up equipment.

daniel eAll the calls to costumer service almost a week later and I still cant get a straight answer of how much I was charged. Location told me to return rental to same location but customer service said they are still waiting for me to return it to another location almost four days after I already returned it. Location wont answer phone calls and told me to just text him. And on top of all that trailer got a flat was leaking from the rim no nail just leaking from rim next to weight once I put weight on it.
