Dennis FI originally rented the truck for two days. However, I turned in the truck a day and 30 minutes before the deadline and was still charged the full two days. I have proof of the time I turned in the truck and will dispute the extra charges.
Leslie ETires were all underinflated, truck broke down due to catalytic converter. Was told car would fine on trailer, strap buckle on trailer hooked bumper and now we have front bumper damaged. I called and filed a complaint havent heard back yet.

kent fthe back was not even swept out. No blankets available at this location. The truck rode like a sherman tank. It bounced, shuttered, and vibrated like it needed a tune-up and suspension work.
Hilton MTurn-in location was a mailbox at a business adjacent to the truck drop-off area. Very confusing turn-in directions.
John CI could not see one thing that needed improvement., Both Betty and Allen were so very nice and friendly. We had the best experience. Hometown business and people who live in the area is what I look for.. Definitely a 5 star business.

ROBERT HThe location and people there were friendly and helpful. Everything went perfect with Uhaul getting the equipment I needed to a convenient location for my use. The ONLY thing I can complain about is there being no military discoun, however, that has nothing to do with people working this particular location. I loved them.
Lynwood Ewhoever does the scheduling for u haul needs to learn how to actually be a scheduler. This is not the first time I have been inconvenienced by u haul.....

brad lOffice hours were not followed. None of the numbers reached a person to talk with about dropping the trailer off. Could have been an "off" day but we waited almost an hour for someone to return from lunch and check the trailer in.

George KThe elderly woman working the desk was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. She didn’t explain anything about coverage or procedures. When I returned the truck after use, I went in and she was being equally rude and unhelpful to the other customer she was waiting on, so it wasn’t just her interaction with me. The other guest was asking questions to complete the booking and the employee was acting as if the questions were an inconvenience to her. The truck was in great working order. It was very new and in great condition. I was pleased with the truck, but the employee that was working that day left a LOT to be desired.

Seth WUhaul called me Thursday before my rental letting me know they had no 26' trucks in the area that I could rent. I made this reservation a long time ago. They said the closest rental was roughly 90 miles away in Brenham, TX. I drove there then back in the uhaul truck at my expense and when I passed the uhaul facility closest to my storage unit there were THREE 26' trucks in the parking lot. I'm sure you had a reason but it sure looked like they were just sitting there and I could have used one instead of driving 180 miles round trip for one.
