I verified with Copperstate Equipment & Repair LLC that the rate for milage over my allotement was $.89 I also verified this $.89 number with Dewitt Ranch Supply, who confirmed it was to be $.89. I was 16 miles over my allotment at the time of delivery. Upon getting an e-mailed receipt, I discovered I was actually charged $1.00 per mile -- not the $.89 per mile both dealers had verified. Furthermore, I was charged for 2 gallons of gas, despite the fact that I made certain the truck was returned with the same amount of fuel it had when I took it. NOTHING was said to me by Dewitt Ranch Supply about anything; I received only an e-mailed receipt. Mind you, this was after I received a call, asking me to take it to this location specifically, because they are low on trucks. Not only did I agree to take it there for their convenience, I also returned it EARLY -- Friday evening as opposed to Saturday morning -- so they'd have plenty of time. I guess the way they show thanks is by adding extra fees, which they have no decency to disclose to the customer. Apparently, they hope nobody reads the e-mailed receipt, and will just ignore these discrepancies. I called U-Haul on Friday, 4/12/24, and as of Saturday, 4/13/24, I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back. I have had great experiences renting U-Haul vehicles and trailers in the past; unfortunately, this experience with the Dewitt Ranch Supply was NOT one of them.

This location is amazing. I couldn't get my app to work so the staff was very helpful and polite. I will definitely rent with them for all my future U-Haul needs.

We were told that they opened at 1 pm on Sundays, however, there was no one there when we got there. We did everything through the app

Make sure to let them know face to face that they're only allowed a certain amount of miles. I had to drive from Winslow to Holbrook to move from one home to another and was only allowed 40 miles when Winslow to Holbrook is already 30. I got charged a $30 fee because of it which I didn't think was fair.

Have the staff at that location educated to U-Haul procedures. Their customer service was level was zero.
