Alden ColbyI filled out all your paperwork on line to expedite the check in procedure. Your server was down for an hour with me waiting to sign and get moving. I was late on my commitment. When I returned, your server was down again and I could not get a printed copy of my bill. I did wait and got an email copy, finally. Locally, no problems. From Uhaul support, most unsatisfactory.
Gary RandolphThe van i rented was fine. But the 24/7 self-service rental process went poorly. The process relies on an app/internet access, and there is very minimal cell service at the location. Uploading all the required images took an extremely long time or did not work at all. I strongly recommend providing a wifi connection at this location to make the process viable.

Debra Orado OradoWhen calling to ask questions the lady who answered the phone was very rude and didn't know anything about what they had for uhauls. Truck wouldn't stop saying it needed and oil change and the front of the truck was dirty, seats had hair and grass all over them and the dashboard was very dusty and the entire truck smelled of cat pee.

Glenn TowleVery nice man checked us in however the u haul was a piece of junk. Exhaust was falling off which made us spend way more on fuel than we should have. Steering was way out of line which made it hard to keep it in the road. We won't use uhaul again.
Roberta veinoThe mobile app is not as user friendly as it could be. It took me almost an hour to check in. It asked for an alternate contact and said it would verify. I assumed verify meant you would call that person. As it was early in the morning I didn't want to bother anyone with a call. It would be helpful if this was explained better. As it was I gave a phone number and name but that person wasn't called. Better to explain what verify means. Also, a list of requirements prior to with this included would be helpful.
Lynn JebbiaThe truck we were supposed to have at the scheduled time was returned with a busted latch. The option was to travel 45" for a replacement truck which was not doable. We were told that another might be available 3 hours after the scheduled time. It arrived early in good shape. Check out and return went smoothly.

Anthony AnemoneMy contract said I needed to have the truck back by 3 PM and the gentleman called at 8:30 in the morning asking where the truck was he should have pulled my contract and read the contract. I let him know that it would be delivered in the afternoon once we have finished unloading.

The men that brought the empty box had difficulty closing the door once it was packed due to damage underneath the box. The man that delivered it was concerned the damage could cause our belongings to end up all over the street. Hopefully that box was retired after our use.

Samuel leonardiDon’t lie to customers and over charge. Told me the truck was 29.00 plus mileage. Charged my credit card 99.95 and gave me a receipt for 95.00 dollar when called to ask about the receipt was very rude said read your receipt it explains it all good bye.which he never gave me a receipt

Sheryl MonicaPeter did a great job in spite of the Uhaul reservation center that had numerous problems with my reservation such as not even showing my truck available due to computer issues, even though it was on site and ready to go. Please note that my reservation was made days before my arrival to pickup the truck. These problems cost me considerable time and money. Completely unacceptable and would definitely cause me to consider using another rental company in the future.
