GENNIFER BRUNOPick up was messy and uncoordinated. For about 20 minutes, I wasn't sure if this location would have the truck I had reserved weeks prior. Although it was in the reservation that it would be a one way trip, this location did not have that capability with their truck and forced me to deliver it back to the location that evening. I paid for additional miles due to this change. This was my first experiencing renting with UHAUL and I will probably not do business with them again.

TIN TRANThe truck was not available for pickup as I booked it for 8am. I tried the online process and it didn't work. I lost 1 hr waiting for the store to open and then I could get my rental. The store staff was very attentive and helpful. The truck was there but it hadn't been checked in by the previous customer and then it wasn't available for me.
ESTEBAN OLIVADropped off my auto transport first to make moving easier. Went to drop off the truck but I got turned around and went to the wrong location. Talked to the lady inside and was asking about the other location and she assured me I could drop off the truck there anyways and I wouldn’t get charged extra for it. Spoke to the other location about this and they said their general manager would call me about it but no one ever did and I called back and they assured me it had been checked in and I was set but then they charged me for dropping it off at the wrong location without even talking to me about it. JOHNNIE WILLIAMSIt took 48 minutes to get the trailer!!! Credit card system was down. Manager , Joseph was at home and walked the clerk through a Web system over the phone after responding, "oh yeah, that's been down all day." He never apologized for the inconvenience or the wait.
RONALD FOSTERPickup of vehicle was at a multipurpose business. It was a stereo/tint window/u-haul business. I received vehicle with no gas and had to go fill up myself. Not, knowing how much gas I would use, I filled it up. Only used a little over a quarter of a tank. I GOT NO REFUND FOR GAS LEFT IN VEHICLE!

Dalbir TanDoris was lovely but didnt know much. I wanted to add ins and she couldn't make it happen so she just said I'll make a note on your acct. So of course I didnt have ins. Thankfully nothing happened. It took hours because she kept calling someone to ask about every step. Get Doris some training. She also said if i didnt keep the truck the whole 5 days, i would be refunded but where i took it, they said it's a flat rate for a 1 way trip. It was very frustrating
Samuel MccoyThe App check in did not work. No one was at the location. I called numerous to voice mail. I left went home. Called another number provided in my email and she answered and said she was at the location now. An hour later. I had paid movers who sat for 2 hrs. Once i got back there it still took over an hour because no one had the code to the lock to get in the truck so we had to drive to the lot to get another truck. Just alot of wasted time and money. But she was pleasant and friendly throughout the process.

sharay jeffersonForgot to add a 1/4 tank of gas so understand a $30 fee or whatever the per gallon fee is but was charged $30 and another $67.50 on top of that so cost me $100+ due to all these extra fees. Not happy. Contacted customer service on Friday 7/5 and have not heard back.
