When asked his response was always “ Go to your phone.” The trucks check engine light was on when picked up, the truck had 1/4 tank of gas when picked up and when dropped off, owner argued it had a 1/2 tank when picked up. When I disputed this fact and told him I had a picture and receipt from gas station to prove, his response was well ok. I was not happy with his customer service or how he maintained the vehicle. I will not recommend this location at any point.

jeffrey hService was great. The guy at the location is more than helpful, but the equipment itself was absolutely true Roche us the truck that I received was a death trap all over the road. The alignment was so horrible. The steering wheel was caught tapped way around. We thought that the truck wouldn't even make it uphill after it was loaded down so other than, the service that I received at the location from the gentleman they experience was horrible. Someone should do something about that truck that I got because it was pretty bad.

gail hStraighten out problems with the app and let people who use it know they will need additional contacts for verification before the moment the need to be put into the app. Every time I left the app to look up contact information, the app shut down and my screen went black and then I had to start the whole check in process all over again. Awful, stressful experience

Kara DVehicle had multiple warning lights that stayed on. I was told that the vehicle was OK to drive. Vehicle had cigarette smell. Customers shouldn't be allowed to smoke in the vehicles

Susan LTrailer door was severely bent: I could barely get it to latch. Clerks at store are very friendly. UHaul should alert users ahead of time that ancillary equipment ordered ahead of time are not available at the pickup location. I ordered blankets and they were not available. Uhaul phone rep said a supervisor would call me about the blankets but I never got a call.
Leo BPlease do not allow smoking in your vehicles. I had to smell the smoke from the previous user all day and it made me nauseous. Other than that, the staff at T.J.'s were great
