Very nice person who checked me in and out. I've used this location twice thus far, once with app check in and out and once with human help. both worked great.

MELANIE HAmber was awesome! Super friendly and greeted us when we came in even though she was with another customer. She even came outside with us to sweep the passenger side of the cab even though it really didn’t need it, already spotless. The inside of the building was clean and inviting which can’t always be said about places that rent uhuals. Would recommend and rent from them again!

martin kNo one told me prior that this locations closed early on Sat and that you had to have an online account to self check out. There was a lady named Cheynne that was extremely helpful and very nice. On the other hand, there was a lady named Amber at this location that couldn't have been more rude and unhelpful.
William HThe truck was fine, but the hand dolly was old with hard wheels and a dangerous handle. The website at checkin would not find my location at the Texsan self storage. The gas gauge on the truck showed 3/4 full but we were charged an additional 5 gallons for gas.

John MThe location was applicable to our moving. In transit a light came on that indicated haul or tow. I called U-haul to inquire on the problem and waited nearly 20 minutes on hold to hear nauseating infomercials to be finally connected and informed that it was no problem.

Linda GPlease have a space to allow review of the movers recommended by U-Haul? The two men who loaded our rental van were fantastic and I want to provide a glowing review for Herstis and Kierre. They were professional, courteous and we never would have succeeded in loading our 15-ft van without their expertise and strength. Amazingly helpful! I would ask for them by name anytime!

Cam MKeep doing what you are doing. Great advice, suggestions, and help from Amber, things I would not have thought of. We were able to get everything packed, loaded, and unloaded in one day. A very clear 10 for customer service and friendliness on a 1 to 10 scale.
ROLF SThe pick up location was fine but the reserving process on your website was terrible. Very hard to use! I ended up going in to the pick up location days before to get help refining my reservation.
