Great service
Eric RNot exactly a comment on this location, but please note - someone put a "speed kills" sticker right over the top of the speedometer, so I could not read it in the 50-70 mph range. I get the point, but would have been better at the bottom of the gauge.
Michael GI lost a set of keys that I thought I left in the truck, I called them to see, they searched the truck and called me back.
MICHAEL SThe agents were friendly and alert, they get you in and out in a timely fashion. I didn’t like the dirt parking lot that’s the only thing that was a turn off. I give them a 10/10.

KEVIN CWhen I called in the morning after being charged more money, was told not their problem as the point of pick should have given information on drop off point and using the UHaul website to validate the vehicle had been turned in. Guy was extremely argumentative and rude.

Chris GI liked the folk at this location, super friendly. The vehicle was not great. That is not this location's fault. The vehicle was in need of maintenance that was likely not done due to a quick turnaround on the rental. Ensure that places have the ability to maintain the vehicles without massive loss in inventory. The actual Uhaul Store up the road should be capable of trading out vehicles that need maintenance, so that vehicle remains safe, and your partners remain equitable. This Van was substantially past due for an oil change, and badly needed an alignment. Not to mention whatever was all over the vents. On a more personal note, charging $20 for an inspection if your customer doesn't stand in a parking lot at 4 am and take 50 pictures before your computer accepts them is crap. And if I were to recoeve that charge it would be disputed on grounds of saftey. I have never been to a UHaul location with a lot where I feel particularly secure while taking those pictures after hours, but I rarely have the ability to deal with it during open hours
Jonathan SVery simple process. They had the furniture pads that the other location did not, so we had plenty to cover our furniture.

David AThis comment is not for Rental Branch but for the U-haul out of Benton Harbor. This location called and confirmed vehicle the day before pick-up upon arrival in the morning the keys for the truck could not be located and we had to go to a different pick up location. Upon arrival at The Rental Branch I had received no instructions from Benton Harbor location and had to call and get a hold of someone off the website.

Tracy MNot only did I get struck with a cracked windshield after you guys cancelled my Benton Harbor pick up but was given a truck within engine lite ON!! Then was charged for the next day return fee of $40 ..this could’ve endangerd my wife and I. and also could’ve resulted in a traffic violation for the cracked windshield!!we would like full compensation for the truck !!

Gary NGrind off the sharp burr on the knob that tightens trailer tongue to the tow ball. I was warned about it and did not hurt myself but I can see how easy it would be to cut oneself if not expecting it. Not a big deal but thought I would pass it along. Thanks!
Ben LOur trailer when picking up smelled like strong gasoline. Mason apologized and mopped it out with cleaner to make it smell better. It helped a little. He asked if we wanted to pickup a different trailer somewhere else but we took this one because of his hard work!! Great customer service Mason!!
Michael MI had requested a 10 foot truck and I was told I had one reserved in Niles, Michigan (where I wanted to get it). The day before, UHaul contacted me that they had a 15 foot truck i could pick up in St. Joseph, Michigan 20 miles away. The place i got it was fine but I got neither the truck I had reserved not did I get it at the location where I had reserved it.
