I was overcharged for my rental on 1/19. I picked up the truck at noon and dropped it off at 3pm for a total of 3 hrs. My invoice states i dropped off the truck the next day 1/20 at 8am?? I also purchased the 15$ insurance but was charged 30$. Very dissatisfied

The location didn’t have the U-Haul set up but opened early for us to help. They also helped jump start the battery on the dead U-Haul.

This location did not care about the truck. We’re rude and dismissive of me. Then charged for gas even though the gas was at the same level as when picked up. I am disputing this charge

I rented a 10ft truck paid $313 I drove it home (campbell) and cleaned the windows. I then realized it was to small so I called bluetech auto repair and asked if I could please return the truck the gentleman said yes, when I got there he informed me I still had to pay $50 it didn't say anything in the contract about paying a fee if you return it. I just went to another uhaul to rent a 15 ft truck.

It was very inconvenient to have to drive to U-Haul to get the furniture pads. I'm never renting from a neighborhood location again, it's a waste of time.

Not recommended , charging wrong card to the wrong contacted the paperwork was all mess up and now I have to deal with over change

was given truck with: no gas (1/16} of a tank. no problem was compensated. drove truck home, it had funny noise. got home and found outer dual flat at pickup. called dealer 3 times, no answer. could not leave message. message box full. headlights so bad could not drive over 45. could not see. steering very loose- all over road.
