Arrived to store .. sign said closed .. called the guy he showed up at 1030 I was supposed to get my truck by 10 and I was on a strick schedual making me behind allready .. finally get in the truck and there is dog hair all over the front and passenger seat .. and the truck is on less then 1/4th tank of gas ... so now I have to go get gas when I'm allready behind .. I originally orderd the truck from pleasent hills right behind my storage unit .. she said it's 3.5 miles away but I'll add 10 miles to your trip .. so instead of 73 I would have 83 .. I said OK fine ... I get to my storage unit and open the back it is filthy mud all over the floor and plastic silverware... we load the truck and head to west virginia .

Yolanda JStore was closed when I arrived for my 9am appointment. The employee came outside with the keys after 15 mins or so. The truck I received was empty when it comes to fuel, I was told I would be reimbursed but I had to fill the tank upon bringing the truck back. So not really a reimbursement as you can see. I was charged for a dolly I did not use which is fine I ordered it. I still have yet to receive a receipt and among other things charged fees for services I declined online. I would not recommend this place of business.
Donte FI already mentioned being over charged and was charged anyways, there was a bunch of broken glass in the bed, the store was closed when I arrived during business hours and had no way of knowing how to retrieve the vehicle. Causing us to run late. I chose to not pay for insurance and was charged for it and I chose customer pick up, not mobile pick up and was forced to use it. What if I didn't have a smart phone on me. I will never use this U-Haul location again unless you reach out and fix this.
