Recommended change my choice of drop site to a site that didn’t accept 20 ft truck. Had to go back to the original site I selected to drop the truck. Also no washer fluid in wipers, and in a day with snow melt did cause some driving difficulty. Drive/gear noise in truck did make me feel uneasy

terry jonesOn a Sunday, I went to pick up my rental van I had rented for four hours. There was no key in the lock box. It took 45min to get a key. Heavy frost and snow were on the windows which took at least 10min to get off. I kept the van four four hours from the time I got the key. Now I’m being charged a late fee. In

Monica HaverI initially made an online reservation for 4/15 but bad weather had me change it to 4/16. To change the reservation, I called the number on my reservation confirmation. The first person I spoke to transferred me to a local customer service representative. She was very helpful but when I arrived at the site (listed in my confirmation email) to pick up the truck, the app told me I was at the wrong site. Fortunately, a customer service representative was on site, looked my reservation up, and told me I needed to go to another nearby site. Inconvenient but not terrible. Once I got to the other, unmanned, site, I started the pick up process using the app. The app did not like the photo of the back of my license and prompted me to enter information manually. Not a big problem, but I had done all of this a few days before when I made the reservation, so I don’t know why I needed to do it again. I entered my information but when I put in my phone number and clicked continue, I was not allowed to proceed because my “phone number was already in use.” After several tries, I called the customer service number. Again, I was transferred. The customer service representative had me get out of the app and go to uhaul.com. She efficiently walked me through the pickup process, but why have an app if it doesn’t work? Returning the truck went smoothly. The incorrect pick up information resulting in an additional trip combined with the glitch using the app made this a less than positive experience. I will probably look at other rental companies next time.

REBECCA LOTRICHI did not receive the pad/blanket rental I requested and paid for. Also, I was frustrated that the online service wouldn’t let me finalize the drop off process since I only drove 3 miles (kept bringing up an error message and wouldn’t let me proceed), so I had to do the “night drop”
Sarah BrownThis location was obviously struggling with staffing issues. My reservation was at 9:00-I arrived about 8:45, nobody there. When the employee showed up, it took her, "quite some time" to get things moving, and was more interested in her dogs (3) that she had with her than in getting things rolling. Employee was helpful though, on parking, etc.

Tryonna CrowellPaduaFirst of all, our trailer was a piece of crap. We paid $300 to tow our stuff in a rinky dink old trailer so that was the first issue. We got to Oklahoma unloaded our stuff and immediately returned it to uhaul before the return date. I was contacted via email a month later saying we didn't return our equipment and requested information and my phone number. I replied immediately with all the information, the exact date and time we returned it. I got a response saying thank you for replying I am forwarding this to the local team to assist you. I never heard back again until today (two months after I've returned the item) they called us and told us they were going to call the cops and report us for stealing the equipment. Luckily my boyfriend isnt at work today and could go down there or else we'd both have a warrant out for our arrest due to Uhauls negligence. We returned this item early AND got a receipt from you guys!!! The fact that it's not on your lot is NOT our fault. You should be checking cameras before ever threatening to call the cops on someone. I just can't believe I had to deal with this all over a PIECE OF SHIT trailer that I overpaid for. The employee at uhaul said she remembered us coming and returning it but it's not on the lot. That's YOUR problem not ours. And I guarantee nobody stole the shittiest trailer on the lot that just so happens to be the one that we didn't "check in" I bet one of your employees stole it and were trying to blaim us.
