My vehicle was not ready for 24/7 truck share The location was closed no vehicle had been set aside and keys were unavailable, We got lucky and the manager of the location came by even though it was closed he got things sorted but it set us behinds significantly.
James GIt's the only location in the Yukon and equipment is designed local only so it is very restrictive and causes significant issues for residents of the territory.
Jesse JIt was a perfect solution when moving long distance with one 20' truck of personal goods. Really good communication from U-Haul and competitive pricing. The agent in Whitehorse was outstanding as was the entire UHaul team.

Maija PHad a hard time getting a hold of someone on the phone locally to figure out the drop off procedure/details (they were likely just very busy, it is a small office for a lot of vehicles to manage). But when I showed up in person during business hours the person helping me was very helpful, friendly and completed the drop-off paperwork right away. So if you are in a rush to get info, might be best to show up in person and ask, or call the u-haul dispatch as they likely know the answer as well.
Sven HStaff at pickup and dropoff were really helpful. Reservation was easy. Online "check in" was redundant. We didn't use it.

Peter DSo happy with the service we received here! I made the reservation, had to cancel it and rebook a bigger truck, then asked if we could pick up the truck early (no problem), moving was delayed and we needed the truck for an extra day (no problem). Ended up leaving our garage door opener in the truck and had to come back for it (no problem). Everyone was so helpful during the very stressful time of moving. The only thing that was disappointing was that the truck only had a 1/4 tank so it was a bit of a guessing game trying to know how much fuel to put in.

Katharine KI asked them for a day and they only gave me eight hours when I said that I needed it for a full day they gave me two days charged then they didn’t ask if I needed insurance so they charged me for insurance as well then they decided to switch trucks on me so I got a second different truck and it only had 2/3 for gas so when I took it back I put only 3/4 of a tank of gas in it

John SOffice is not the easiest to find and equipment is everywhere. Staff was good, though and no issues in the process. Hopefully the new building and yard they are developing will make the process a bit more professional looking, for lack of a better word.
George MRick was so accommodating and allowed me to get my key on a Saturday as they are closed on Sunday. You can improve service by making sure someone picks up the phone during off-hours. Also, adding office hours would be much appreciated and or putting a few more customer service agent to answer calls during off hours.
Edwin EPlease don't change bookings on customers without telling them. You pushed our rental date forward by one day and never told us causing us to have to hire movers last minute costing us lots of money. Staff were unprofessional, rude and not helpful.
