After the hook up he made sure the lights were operative. Greatly appreciate him and the help he gave us to the point of us departing the building

Gary Wthe container was dirty from previous usage. Also the location did not have the flat dollys that I ordered, and I do not see that the price was removed from my bill (but that could just be that I did not see a refund for that amount). The reps at this location were friendly and helpful, customer service is 8/10 (problem that the equipment i needed was not available). The truck itself was a 5/10.

antoine cThe truck was DIRTY and NASTY in the cab. It was stuff spilled, the floors were dirty. And it smelled like cigarette smoke. I told the man that I needed the U-HAUL for just a few hours. I emphasized that the iU-Haul needed was just to pick up furniture foe my daughter. And, I wanted the truck that was a size down from the 20’. But they did not have it. Sooo I was forced to get a bigger truck, because I needed something. I was charged for 24 hours, when I should not have been.I haven’t used U-Haul in YEARS. When I need to rent a truck again, I will be going with a different company.
