I wish these trailers had more "tie-down" locations. 4 "D" rings on each side wall is not enough.

The WORST was your Customer Scheduling Department. The people there have put their brains and focus to assist customers in the "OFF" position. I am letting my credit card provider resolve this joke.

Larry BI ordered this truck a month ago. Asked to pick it up in Canton GA. I get there and they tell me it's in Ball Ground GA. WHAT???? You had a month to get the truck I asked for and where. To top it off you sent a message you would give me 50.00 off to trailer a empty trailer. WHAT? Putting myself in danger!!! for 50.00 Really? How about just doing what I asked for.

RONALD LAgent had a hard time during check out getting the tablet to complete the process. Had to resort to old school card reader and paperwork. Technology should be updated to improve the process.

Julie CThe trailer was connected far too low to the ground and it was a massive problem. They should have flipped the ball on the hitch so it would have raised the height several inches at least. The place where I returned the trailer was shocked that they connected it that way to start with.
