Raymund CWell I had an appointment to pick up my uhaul at 8am and supposed to be able to check in with my phone. That didn’t work. Worker who lived above the rental place didn’t show up until 840am. Then him or customer service were unwilling to help me out since I was loosing time on my rental. Since this employee is unable to use an alarm clock or respond to the alarm of the building going off since he couldn’t lock a door. I lost a total of 1 hour to complete my job and uhaul did jack shit to value or care for a customer. Since Luke caused all this by not being a responsible person and using an alarm clock.

NOHELIDA MWe needed an appliance dolly. I reserved on the phone but it wasn’t actually available at the location. We got along without it anyway.

PENNY MGet some mere trucks for uhaul the only reason we got a truck is there was a cancelation ten minutes before we called. I tried for a week before that and there was. No trucks until January.

RODRIGO CHi, we were charged more than we expected. We understand the $62 charge for gas, but we were expecting a $19.95 charge for the truck and instead got charged $57. We were supposed to get the truck back by 5:00 and got there at 5:05, but this seems like an unreasonable overcharge and so for this reason, we will not be recommending you. Kib HI did not receive a copy of my contract. It was difficult knowing what to fill the gas tank to.
Cameron MAfter I finally got an automotive trailer at another location along my travel route, I was never sent an email about where I could drop it off. When I took the Uhaul back to the address they sent me I was told I couldn’t drop the trailer off there for some reason. I had to drop the trailer off at a different location, because somebody had reserved it there, and take the Uhaul back to the original location. Not a lot of great communication and help from Uhaul people through out the experience.
Jared BThe check in process is very lenghthy. I checked in online the night before and it was still tedious.
Christen WThe self checkout was not working due to the website not able to read my location. Thankfully the staff was there to assist and they were great.
PAUL BThe app is awful on my new android phone. I had sooooo many issues and multiple phone calls. I ended up using the web page. Which was super sluggish (but not other websites). With too much effort I got the truck and returned it. I like U-Haul. But i think ill use the physical services. Hopefully the app gets better by next time.
Bryan OVery disappointed, we were informed the day we picked up the uhaul that we had to pick it up 65 miles away from our location. Really set us behind schedule. I tried calling the company and was put on hold for you 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I was told it would be another 30 minutes so I hung up. When I called a local rep. She was very rude to me.
