Paula CMake sure the people that are renting the equipment know exactly where to drop the said equipment off at I was told to drop off in Oshkosh then when got there was told the store is closed so had to drive an extra 33 miles then got charged for it I will never recommend you guys charged me more money because your people don't know how to do there job

I'm incredibly grateful that I moved to Scottsbluff! It's just the kind of small town America that I needed!

Dan ENor the fault of the site but the enclosed trailer I reserved was not there. I ended up taking an open trailer because it was only option. Some of my property ended up with damage because it was in a open trailer.

Maralyn MI had a great experience with this U-Haul dealer. I had picked another one at random, but on the day I needed the truck they did not have any available so when I called they had already set me up with another dealer. Both dealers were great. I have used H-Haul several times in the past and I have always been treated very well. I would state that my experience could not have been better. I would say that for all my experiences, but we are talking about my recent experience now, which was great as always. It is great your company operates because sometimes I don't what I would do without being able to rent a U-Haul. I have rented most if not all of your products.

Sadonya SWe picked up the truck and it had not been cleaned for a while. There had been a smoker in it, we found dog food and a cigarette lighter under the seat. I had to clean the cab before my driver could drive in it for 8 hours. The back part was not kept up either. Very disappointed because we didn't have a choice or the time to locate another one way truck. You may want to consider your rental location.
