The unit given to us was mechanically defective Had a cracked radiator, fuel consumption way off this was 5th truck for this move never had such bad mileage
Penny SVery frustrating when I reserved a truck with a dolly to find out after leaving the dolly was not placed in truck and was removed from my reservation but was not notified.

DELTON WYour on line registration was AWFUL, resulting in extra waste of time and money. Wait until the truck is reserved and then sell all of the extra stuff. Insurance would be the one exception.

Steven CRepresentative went above and beyond when we discovered they trailer lights were not working on our truck. She stayed passed closing time to help us figure out what the problem was. When we decided to go home and get another truck to pull the trailer she provided us with a gate code to get in and pick up the trailer. Exemplary example of customer service. Thank you

ANGELICA ZThis storage facility told me that I had until dec. 31 to pay the full amount owed and they went behind my back and sold my things after accepting a payment. Then they stopped answering my calls to the facility and wouldnt responded to any of my voicemails that I left. I will be filing against this facility for stolen property, due to what the auction site that was used stated that if customer pays in full they have to let the customer get their things. The facility did everything in their power to not be available to take payment or return calls. There is no resolving when they sold my thing before the date they gave me over the phone.

Melanie LThe person told me all the lights were working. I left Texas and when getting into Oklahoma later that evening, I noticed I had no tail lights on the trailer. I had to pull over and find a hotel versus staying at a friends place due to no lights.
Russell PThis was a nightmare. I rented a small truck brought it back less than 24 hours later and went exactly 68 miles. I was overcharged $581.00! They made a terrible mistake on my mileage and emptied my bank account on the 4th of July weekend. It has been 4 days and still no refund!

Keith CI turned the trailer in after hours. The area was a pretty tight fit. Overall it was fine.
Shelly MI have had 2 units for a time, 1 inside with climate control and kept the longest. The other unit was outside. Finally went through the one outside and condensed that one inside. Staff at the facility are great,understanding and good to work with. This storage facility is easy to maneuver around and the climate units have hallways wide and open . Great place. I like it.
