Overall great experience. Truck had loose steering, probably needs replacement of king pins and/or bushings on front end.

TRINI SGood morning! Despite the fact that the facilities are good and the treatment was excellent, there were no moving supplies (bags for queen size mattresses) that I had bought online; order # 335B97FD, I tried to get in two more U-haul stores and one was just a parking lot, the other one did not have the supply. Now I don't need it anymore, in fact I need my money back.
Manuel IIt seems fine if it's during the day. It was very hard to find the key drop box, and it was so dark, it was unsettling.

Christopher CThis is a more general comment: Nowhere could we find what the cost per mile (over the allotted amount) would be. Unfortunately, it ended up being $1 per mile - which I didn't learn until i received the receipt upon return.

mamie aThe location at 5505 Commercial Blvd had been closed and abandoned for a long time. I ended up taking it to a location at Triangle Drive in Raleigh at Triad Trailers. That guy was kind and accommodating. He only rented trucks, but took the trailer anyway.

We had to checkout the truck with the app. While the truck was clean, I had got charged for 3 dollies. I did not see any dolly in the truck and this seems to be a trick by the center to just push stuff in the receipt that can be claimed as true later.
