I do not have a cell phone with internet I would appreciate getting a paper copy of the rental agreement and of the rental cost. I had nothing to indicate I had rented the trailer. Luckily I did not get stopped by a patrolman asking for proof that I had rented the trailer because I did not have any proof.

Give out the code for the lockbox. This location does not use the big orange key box as indicated on the online check-in. There is a tiny black box with a lock that needs a code for the keys.

I had reservations in Yuma Colorado for over 4 months! Two nights before which I confirmed , I was told I had to go to Nebraska instead !!!! I would not recommend U Haul for the state of Colorado !! The lady I talked to with reservations said if you want it you have to go get in Nebraska !!! This was not handled in a very professional manner !!! Moving is so much stress and I would for sure look into a different means of other companies !!!!!

Chad takes care of customers better than the Ogallala Ne Location. Chad's location needs better and larger equipment, I had requested a 26 foot truck, he could not find one in Nebraska, Colorado nor Wyoming. I went by the location, physically drove by, in Cheyenne, Wyoming just off of I-80 and Hwy 85 had three 26 foot truck. Poor service by U haul for unavailable equipment.

I had originally thought the 6 x 12 trailer that I had reserved would be at McCorkle Motors in McCook. I was informed by the UHaul rep by phone that a reservation isn't actually reserving the trailer I want at the location requested if it isn't available. To me, this is NOT a reservation. If I hadn't called on Sat to confirm the trailer reserved ( supposedly) for Monday morning, I wouldn't have had it. I had people arranged to load it and people that had driven to NE to take it back to San Antonio. All of those plans would have been trashed. I was NOT happy and don't feel that I will use Uhaul again in the future because more items will need to be moved in June. This was really stressful for me. The location in Imperial was very helpful and prompt on Monday morning. However, I had to find someone to drive 120 miles round trip to pick the trailer up from that location. Unacceptable!

This location was very helpful, but I really wanted to pick up the truck in Ogallala NE. This took me 2 hours of extra time to go and get the equipment.
