JOHN MAbraham was very assistive and made checking out my U-Haul over the counter very seamless. He gave me a courtesy call to inquire if I needed the truck an additional day, which I did and gave me the proper drop off instructions. Abraham was very friendly and professional even after another customer gave him a hard time for not having the truck available because I still needed it. So my only suggestion perhaps is to have more trucks on site.

RYAN BThe location did not have my pads with the truck - and instead of having them delivered they had me drive to another location to pick up the pads which added another 45 minutes to my wait time and unfortunately I was on a tight schedule. But the gentleman who helped me was friendly and apparently had rejected a previous truck that was supposed to be for me but was not up to his standards - so I am grateful for that!
JEFFREY AWorst drive ever, truck makes noise, needs a tune up and transmission work, does not shift properly. Truck was dirty with debris on floor, console and seats when picked up.

Tom PI was sent a text message to drop off the truck at different location A REAL INCONVENIENCE 30 plus min away they said they were full I called U HAUL AND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM they were not full PLEASE DON'T GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER THE RUN AROUND.

Judith PLocations I visited in Ontario did not have a rental furniture dolly. Bill called around to find one for me. I had to purchase one.
Robert CI got the run around about my $100 deposit and ended up not getting it right away. Had to get it out on a card which will take 3-5 days because the store said they didn't have that kind of cash. It's a storage facility which not having $100 makes no sense.
DAMIAN HMake sure equipment is on hand/available before confirming reservation. I reserved a dolly and my order was confirmed but was told on day of pick up there wasn't one available. I had to rent from a different location.
Maria SI called U-Haul customer service call center the day before pick up and the representative was very rude and short, extremely unfriendly. Luckily my experience at Trojan Storage was much more pleasant.
