I have used Trusty Car Rental multiple times and each time I have been happy with the service and the condition of the vehicles. The most recent rental was a new van. Clean, comfortable and a smooth ride.
ANDREW BORBASThe issue I have is primarily with the online return process. I took pictures of the vehicle, parked and when I went to check out, then it required me to take more pictures and I couldnt upload the pictures I took. This created a huge hassle as I had already parked the vehicle in line and due to the very tight parking spots, it was near impossible to get any photos. Either the instructions need to be more clear about taking pictures of the vehicle and give instruction to take pictures prior to parking, or the parking location needs to be improved to accomodate the required pictures.

Samira AbdouhI had included pads in my order, but when I got the truck there was no pads there and even you charged me for the pads which were not available at all!! Really poor service. They did not provide the equipments I had asked which caused problems for me, in addition charged me for equipments not provided. I really want my money back for the inconvenience.

Gohulraj KrishnakumarWhen I arrived there were no trucks in the lot, fortunately the store front was open so I went and asked. I was told they were around back. Likely would have found them if it was closed but making trucks in the back would be good. Also the instructions indicated I should look on the front of the truck to confirm the unit/truck number (or whatever the number is called). I searched and searched till I finally gave up. Fortunately as I was going back to ask in the shop I looked on the back of the truck, on the top right above the door the unit number was displayed. Would be nice if the directions were accurate to speed the process and limit frustration. Overall self check in/out is great, these are just some ways to improve
Peter RehakInstructions on the website weren't overly clear when logging in. No clear CTA. Phoned an agent as there wasn't a drop box at the location. She told me continually there was one. When I finally realised that the 'are you ready?' link was to continue with our check-in process (needs to be a button, not just a link) it then explained that we had open the back of the van to get the key. It was a padlock on the van, NOT a drop box!!!! Would have been more helpful if the agent I spoke to had access to updated information for that location.

mohamod triakiThe vehicle was not ready to drive off. There was accumulated snow on the windscreen from few days ago as on the day of pickup and the day before there was no snowfall. It took almost 20 minutes to clean the snow and ice from the windscreen. It seemed like the vehicle was left untouched for few days.

JAMES NaylorI ordered an Appliance Dolly, and confirm with customer service twice before I picked up the truck but there is no Dolly in the truck when I picked it up. And when I call the customer service of U-Haul, it is a total waste of my time, and I have to carry the washer and dryer by my hand. Bad experience, bad service!!!!!!!!
Binghui LiIt was a good experience. The only downfall was that we had said we would pick it up via phone but it wouldn't work on my husband's phone so he had to go in and have the guy do it for him. The guy wasn't too happy about that. But otherwisem their service was very good. They called before we picked it up to confirm everything and let us know the truck would be ready early.That was very good.

Yifan JiangI scheduled pickup outside business hours through 24x7 mobile pickup option. When I reached the location late by an hour, the pickup option is not shown on the account and there is no information on what to do. Tried calling CustomerCare two time with no luck of connecting after 30-40 minutes. Chat option took 25 minutes to connect and finally got the help to pick up. Then the process is smooth.
